Nice and trendy place to stay and discover Salamanca and Madrid. Top!

Comfortable place and ideally situated to visit Madrid. The only complaint is that service in the restaurant at breakfast is terrible, slow and full of mistakes. Best to avoid and try something close by.

A remarkable art-deco-inspired hotel in a quiet and trendy area of Madrid (Salamanca). Best boutiques are in close proximity, as well as the offices of major companies on Calle Velasquez and Paseo de la Castellana.

Our room on the first floor was quiet and away from the street. Tall ceiling and windows made the room feel larger. High tech key card activates the lights and climate controls. Right in the heart of Madrid. We had a problem with some maintenance above our room that left us unable to be in our room for several hours while they made repairs and the hotel manager gave us VIP drinks, breakfast, wine and dessert from room service. Very pleased with the outcome and would return again!

Great stay in this hotel. Staff is attentive and polite. I asked for the best local Paella location (not being from this region I know) but was craving it. They suggested a fantastic place and made reservation for us. I purposely added photos when we were settled in. You can tell a bit better what room will suit you. You have the usual refrigerator, snacks but the food in the restaurant is very good. The bar area also being equally good. The bartender is knowledgeable of drinks and cocktails. The location of hotel is also convenient. I walked to high end stores (10-15 min Gucci, Lv) but you have dozens of other stores to shop. I also walked to Bernabéu Stadium (40min but stopping to window shop). Overall all will highly recommend this location.

It was impossible to sleep! Despite the price and the seemingly high level of the Hotel, the rooms are not in any way soundproof and you hear every noise from the nearby rooms and from the hallway. As Soon as we arrived, although we were also very tired from the trip, we were woken up several times during the night by noise of heels, beaten doors and furniture moved. We asked to change rooms and we bought earplugs but the situation remained the same even the following nights in a different room. The right place if you don't need to sleep or relax…

Good hotel, very clean, modern, central… Breakfast is a little short! But as a general, we will repeat again. Expensive but quality related to the price.

Don't miss the cocktails. Excellent. The cocktail bar you access through the lobby of the hotel or for the restaurant. It is called Beautiful & Damned. The atmosphere is very nice, and the barman makes some delicious cocktails. It's best to seek advice. It is a spectacle to see a bartender prepare four drinks at once.

We stayed in the deluxe plus room. The room was not too big but we liked it. The shower was superb. However, the pillows were not comfortable and we had a hard time getting a good night sleep. In addition the room is located about 30 minutes walk from city center which made it harder to do shopping or stop for a rest while visiting the city sites. The room was also a bit noisy and it even managed to make us up when we took a mid day nap. We may have been located near a storage room. The breakfast is pretty good but I suggest not to order breakfast and instead just pick what you want from the menu.

Very convenience with intensive staff… Nice tidy room and with a good bar…

The rooms are very small. You can not even open your luggage. The location is very good. You are almost near to everywhere in Madrid. But do not pay for a breakfast here, not worth it. Also the waiters are very rude in the morning shift. They are welcoming you in a way that you must bot be there at that time.

That's my design style. I love it.

Very nice brunch. The food was good and the entire menu was gigantic. I wasn't able to have dinner after our brunch. The eggs royal are good but I prefer traditional once with English muffins and less sauce. Those one are "revisited" on a blinis but to be honest it didn't work for me or my friends. Cocktails were lovely, very original and very good. Some of them are smaller than others (like one with Gin was the 1/3 of the bloody marry). Waiters were really nice and the atmosphere is great. After we just relaxed in the lobby of the hotel next by where they have a lovely cocktail bar. Great for boozy long Sunday brunch :)

Beautiful hotel in a lovely area. About a 30 minute walk to the city centre but plenty of local shops and restaurants. Standard room was small with no tea or coffee making facilities but very clean and extremely comfortable.

Modern room, good location in a very nice area. Stayed two nights but didn't have breakfast or drinks at the hotel. Would recommend.

Nice looking hotel, friendly staff, but rooms are extremely noisy for lack of insulation. The bathroom did not have a single shelf and only one sink with 10cm on each side, so that we had to put our stuff on the floor.
Overall I consider it is not worth the price.

Located in the Salamanca district (one of the richest in Madrid), the hotel is very stylish and well-maintained in its furnishings and details. Also the rooms are clean and equipped with every comfort. The courtesy set (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and cream) is Made in Spain, which I assure you is a real rarity in the Andalusian hotels that I visited in two weeks where everything had Chinese provenance! Excellent then breakfast which unlike other hotels is not buffet. You can choose from a different menu options and although a bit pricey, the quality absolutely justifies the price.

Perfect location in Salamanca, nice small design hotel in a old, typical building nicely restored. Lot of fine details in furniture, rugs and carpets, stylish bathroom.

Trendy, new hotel at AAA location. Friendly and efficient service. Good for sightseeing, dining and nightlife.

I have not been in the Hotel only in the Restaurant that struck me as very appropriate in price/quality ratio and with a service that is quite correct. Only I would like to highlight that the "after dinner" with music would have added to the possibility of being able to dance with the purpose of not having to move to other premises.

Wonderful hotel centrally located next to one of the many shopping districts and neighborhoods in Madrid. I really enjoyed my stayed here from check-in to the stay and all the way through. They treat the guests very well here. The local guides help you with figuring out where to visit and are so very kind to help organize and ensure you have a great stay. The check-in process is smooth and they hand you everything in a very nice leather booklet with your key card details and everything you need to know about the hotel. We had the breakfast included and it was absolutely delightful and well worth purchasing in my opinion. I would definitely recommend staying here you won't regret it.

Excellent hotel. Entire staff is very kind and sincere. We were greeted with warm smiles and an eagerness to help. Rooms are very classy and exudes Great Gatsby themes, which is totally relevant as there are F. Scott Fitzgerald quotes strewn throughout the hotel. Everything is so intentionally designed and placed, from the creative wallpapers to the Do Not Disturb signs. The amenities are wonderful. There are bathrobes, slippers, cotton swabs and rounds, tissues, and the usual needs (bath kit, hair dryer). Their breakfast is definitely worth it — the toast options were all very delicious! Overall I had an amazing time at Tótem, I recommend it over all the other chain hotels in Spain.

Awesome spanking new Hotel in the heart of Salamanca. Plush modern interiors, the best service, splendid restaurant and buzzing bar. Wonderful staff and concierge service. New gem. Even smells new.

Good hotel located in the area of the Salamanca district. Clean and comfortable. Rooms a bit small.

It is worthwhile, perfect location, close to the weather, you have to throw any store, supermarkets, cinemas, theatres etc. It is recommended and is bienisimo.

The Hesperia Hermosilla Hotel is in a privileged location in Madrid. In the barrio de Salamanca, with the metro one minute from the door.
