I went with a personal issue at 8am to the hotel they didn't have to solve it for me and not only repaired it, but also in a very fast, effective way and with surprising kindness. The receptionist is an excellent professional and very friendly. Recommended 100%

This hotel is in a great location near the exclusive shopping areas of Madrid. There are some great restaurants nearby. This hotel has an trendy vibe and the rooms are clean and have a new feel. Tip it is much better to have a room facing the street as they tend to have more window light. Staff are helpful and the breakfast downstairs offers a great variety.

I really like this hotel. It is in the heart of the city. The rooms are very nice. The staff is fantastic. And the bar is top notch.

Excellent location Four stars because our room had a window upstairs which was controlled by command but it was quite complicated to understand, there were no instructions and we slept with all the light. I don't think we were in the best room. Very friendly staff.

Interesting neighborhood hotel with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Rooms were small but comfortable and staff was extremely nice.

A very comfortable hotel located in a very central area of Madrid but the most noteworthy is the cafeteria area of the entrance with a very careful programming of weekly jazz concerts always with a great sound and with the possibility of being very close to Arti Stas Acting.

This is a wonderful hotel! The airline lost our luggage and we were without basics for 3 days. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful (contacting airlines, etc), and made sure we had what we needed in the interim. It is close to many attractions and public transportation. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The combination of transport to access the hotel is very spacious and very close. The bar service was excellent and with a very high category. The atmosphere is very cozy and with an elegant, modern and contemporary decor. I congratulate the attention of the person who attended us in the lounge bar.

I went to listen to jazz. The space is too small and there is so much overwhelmed by the excess of tables.

Stayed here for the second time on a business trip in November. I would say it's what you'd expect a 4 star hotel to be. Rooms were clean, comfy and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Checking in was quick and easy. Bathroom was very nice and modern. However, TV lacked channels and connectivity, restaurant does not offer a huge variety of food with room service even less. Wi-Fi was good. Would I stay there again — yes, if I couldn't find anything a little more luxurious.

I went to a concert in the bar of the hotel, the environment is pleasant, the service in the bar very friendly, the perfect sound and the musicians are very good. Only drawback, I ordered a glass of water, to accompany the glass of wine that had a price of 5€ and I reported that they didn't serve tap water. If I had put the water, maybe I would have enjoyed another wine. The price of admission to the concert 20€, I found it adequate, the musicians and the sound engineer have to live the concerts. I appreciate that the hotel bet for quality music.

Excellent service and excellent location. They were able to get us in early and we're very accommodating to our schedule. Rooms are very nice. I would highly recommend for your exploring trips to Madrid!

Great location for old city, Retiro Park, and museums. Excellent, "the best" european breakfast to support your treks through the city. Outstanding, and helpfull staff. Beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works very well.

Outstanding! attend unique concerts. The size of the room brings us closer to the performances to our delight. The sound quality is excellent. It would be great to have the privilege of enjoying great international artists, such as the renowned pianist Daniele Petralia. Unfortunately for his followers, there is not a single entry in the concerts planned in the national auditorium, of this piano genius. You can't imagine how happy you'd make us see this pianist performing on your stage. Such is our enthusiasm that we have come to contact your manager, a young entrepreneur / producer, "praying" to contact you. For the many followers and fans of Daniele Petralia, it would be a dream come true. I congratulate you on your work. See you next weekend to enjoy one more night. Thank you.

A privilege to be able to attend unique concerts in, shall we say, family. The size of the room means that you are enjoying the actions to a couple of meters of the artists, The sound quality is spectacular, the waiter service is discreet and perfect. The schedule covers all kinds of fusions of jazz with different styles. For me it is the site 10 to listen to concerts in Madrid.

Today it is the place where the musical quality is not surpassed by anywhere else. Call yourself bar, pub, theater, hotel or room, because in addition to the music they have a spectacular staff that serves you with a lot of savory and freshness, its gastronomic level is first class with some beautiful and tasty cockteailes as well as its meals, and the fundamentals so that this is how wonderful it is: it's run by two stellar people who make you feel like a family.

Hotel Rule — ALWAYS allow patrons to have coffee in their room. This hotel had no coffee maker AND when we got to breakfast we COULD NOT arrange take out coffee! Otherwise, stay was ok, accommodations were ok but the rooms were bland, chilly, not homey at all. In this case you get less than what you pay for…

AC Recoletos is a great place to stay when visiting Madrid. Three or four fabulous restaurants offer Madrilenno cuisine: Seafood carabineros lagostinos and barnacles. And another for lamb and steaks And great tasty sopas Highly recommend to experience this hotel.

Good hotel, as all the AC and very well located.
Had a problem of noise in the room, by the machine of air from another room, and is offered to change us of room to them 4 of it tomorrow.
It was a nice touch, but I do not understand that a hotel might as well have these noise problems. But free rooms had simply had not been able to sleep.

This is my go to hotel when I am in Madrid. I have gone to Madrid for both work and vacation and this hotel is in a central location. Easy walk from the train station, in a nice neighborhood area and close to all the sites. The price is reasonable and the rooms are very nice and clean.

Stayed here for two nights on business. Hotel location unbeatable, close to the train station and airport, just 150 meters from the Park, surrounding there are many museums, shopping and restaurants. Breakfast dining area is a bit small, is a typical continental breakfast served, a lounge area is very beautiful but small, especially when the jazz band when playing. Room size, but can live up to one or two people. If you took the lot, they have been routed slightly.

I can't speak of the hotel because I've never slept there, but I frequent the elegant, quiet and comfortable cafe in the lobby to meet with clients in a relaxed and intimate environment. The prices are high, commensurate with the area, but the letter of drinks and snacks is varied and of quality, and the service friendly. Offer free Wi-Fi, which is very useful when working. A good choice for a meeting with someone who works in the area of Retiro-Salamanca.
