Quietest hotel I've ever stayed in. Excellent staff! Highly recommended.

A perfect hotel. The staff is very attentive and friendly, they were always there for anything we needed. Excellent food, dinner or desa, and very comfortable rooms (beds look like clouds! ) spacious and very well equipped. Totally satisfied.

I can value only the restaurant. A delicate cuisine especially in the mixture of flavors, the good hand of the chef and the right cooking point. Nice garden. Very attentive service, although I personally like something more smiling, but very polite and correct.

A true pleasure to stay in Madrid. We shall be back!

We have been to the hotel and it is wonderful! Quality food, nice staff, luxurious rooms and many other things! If I had to say all the good things about the hotel it wouldn't end!

Small Hotel in the center Neuralfixo commercial High level. It is very nice the interior garden and the spacious and comfortable rooms. Interesting the small kitchen that has each one.

Very well located, very quiet, spacious rooms, very comfortable bed, sitting area with sofa to watch TV, ample bathroom with shower and many amenities. Friendly staff and very correct. The only thing to improve for my taste is the breakfast, missing more offer of smoked and especially hot dishes because there is hardly anything, only fried eggs and tortilla on request. All in all it is a good choice in the center of the capital.

Totally refurbished with a very cozy interior garden and an intimate and discreet restaurant. In the heart of the Salamanca district offers rooms with its kitchen included. Very friendly service and always with a smile.

Good location, friendly staff, fantastic breakfast and cute outdoor eating area. Spent a couple of days of my honeymoon here and the staff arranged for a complementary champagne that was brought up to our room along with a very sweet note. Only downside to the place was small rooms, otherwise a very lovely place to stay.

Very good location, in the heart of the most elegant and exclusive (posh) area of Madrid, close to Madrid's Salamanca district, the Retiro Park, Cibeles Fountain, Serrano street, and with plenty nice restaurants around to eat. The hotel does not face any busy street, so the inside it is very quiet. The rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable; I slept like a baby :) There is a small kitchen inside the room, with some beverages for free in the fridge (water and soda). The staff is very kind and friendly. The breakfast is high quality, specially the assortment of fresh fruit. It lacks of hot dishes, although they can cook eggs of your choice. The hotel is 5 minutes walking distance of the Recoletos train stop, where you can take the train to the airport T4 (line C1), a faster and cheaper option than the metro.

I love the little birds that surround you everywhere in the terrace. However, we saw birds entered, settled on the bread, condition and were leaving when appeared the waiters… I love birds, but it is not very hygienic… The bread should be indoors.

We had a company dinner on the patio interior, very nice. Great food, great staff and pleasant atmosphere.

The staff here is very friendly, helpful and polite. Hotel very comfortable, the room was spacious, comfortable and functional. I travel with my one year old baby, mini kitchen in the room was very useful. Room was very quiet, shower was great. Breakfast was very complete, there are many different kinds. Location is good, close to many attractions and is located in a quiet area.

In the restaurant, Mohamed and Julian are responsible have everything in perfect condition and make you feel at home. In German you would say: "Ich war da wie zu Hause".

We hosted a weekend and the experience has been fantastic. The Hotel is very well located (three minutes of removal and the Puerta de Alcalá, five of Cibeles and and Sun, all this walking fifteen). It is beside the Recoletos train station, and less than five minutes from the Serrano Metro station. Despite being between calle Serrano and Paseo de Recoletos (Castellana) the Hotel is super quiet and without noise.
Reception staff very friendly and attentive, always willing to explain and give the instructions on adecudas to aclarte route.
Very spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Everything was new and in very good condition. The large bathroom modern design with quality materials, with a wide shower and comfortable with excellent water pressure (although the soil can slide a little). A magnifying mirror and a large wall (1, 2 x 1, 5Mts). Towels and all products bathroom (shower gel, shampoo, pills of glycerin soap, Cap shower, brush and toothpaste, blades razor, …) In the room a gigantic mirror of 2 x 1, 5Mts and another foot to see full body. Flat HD TV. A well-laid wardrobe. There is a door in the wall that open them is discovered the kitchen, fridge, … That's great.
The garden patio do not enjoy it directly but if that what we saw from the small balcony of the room.

It is a vegetarian restaurant, very expensive. The price varies from 25 euros onwards. It is a place very cozy due to its decoration, that the vita is very refreshing because there are many plants. You can eat in the lovely terrace, where you are very at ease because it is all very natural.

This Aparthotel has very comfy beds and really nice rooms for all lovers of the city of Madrid. This not very centrally located, but enough to walk in 15 minutes, therefore there is no problem. It also has a very good connection with the metro and public transport.
