Great hotel, pttimo value for money. Optimal position cemtralssimo just a few meters from PuertA del sol right in the movida of madrid. Clean rooms and great daily cleaning service. Friendly staff attentive and very helpful for explanations or various information. Very nice room (double) cn large bathroom and closet with a small balcony that is always pleasant. Ultimately I am currently staying there and I highly recommend it.

This hotel is beautifu. Set in the middle of Madrid a few minutes walk from the sites in the city. I got the double room with a view and got a corner room with three balconies. The views are amazing on all sides. It you want to be in the heart of it all this is the place. The staff is very welcoming and available 24 hours a day. The break is more than I expected, catering to many different cultures I am sure there 8s something for everyone. I want to come back to this perfect place ❤️❤️

Central location and for that very noisy night.

Hotel well decorated, service very friendly and correct. They have a terrace where the breakfast buffet is varied, perhaps something noisy at the night zone of leisure but it is a place highly recommended.

Room for families of 4 at good price breakfast included. Very friendly staff. Central but in quiet pedestrian street. No sleep noise. They have concert with Parking of El Carmen to 2 minutes walking.

Small Hotel. As your name. Very well located. Close to everything. Trade. Plaza Mayor. Palace of the Ham. El Corte Ingles. Etc. Good price.

The service was amazing, very friendly and helpful. The room was great and clean. Even though we did a check out in 12, the hotel let us stay in the dinning room and kept our bags. The location was great and very close to everything. We are very satisfied and be sure we will recommend people to come to this hotel.

The hotel was just ok. The room furniture has nix and scratches in it and needs to be updated. Our room stunk pretty bad of cigarettes and the whole hotel has a faint odor of that. The room needs a coffee pot of some sort in the room for convenience. The room we stayed in was too small for the 4 beds in the room. The bunk bed has a tachy baby rail on it which needs to go. The hotels elevator shaft in the hotel is filthy and needs a major cleaning. The staff were friendly and nice. The breakfast was good. I wouldnt Stay there again for the above reasons.

It was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. The "small room" are just right but it is very good for a stay spent mostly outside. Everything is very clean.

Clean room fairly quiet area considering the central location among other things very convenient for travel.

Very small room. There is an electric panel in the room with an annoying buzz. The shower needs an update as it starts to fall apart. Only good thing about this hotel is it's location in the centre.

Excellent location, right in the centre of Madrid. The breakfast was comfortable. For putting a but the room faced the inner courtyard and was a bit fair in size.

Hotel lousy and very little care less bad that the staff is polite and correct. We've had a tremendous cold in the room. I won't be back.

Hotel located in downtown Madrid, gave us the chance I walk around town just for this location. Friendly and sunny staff, breakfast with an attention to the gluten free, only flaws the small room with a view of the inside of the hotel and furnished with this window difficult to open because placed under the bed!

The best hotel ever… Very good sized rooms with 2 balconies. Breakfast was great especially if you are on a special diet. If you want to be close to everything… you name it, you find it… Metro, Shops, restaurants, attractions… 10 mins by walk to gran via… Fast food restaurants, snack shops every corner, and the best hot chocolate ever. Definitely will be back again…

Location Room 303 very small and overlooking on a small courtyard (which however avoided the noise of the street! ) Pity that the maintenance of the material is not up to the height of a 3 stars. One screw to the missing toilet paper dispenser. A plinth detached with the visible nails (repaired during our stay). The glass of the sliding cabinet door cracked and held with Scotch. The regular passage of a person responsible for the reporting of small repairs to be carried out would be welcome. Staff at the top as well in reception as at breakfast. The luggage room is a significant plus. Despite these small drawbacks we are happy with our stay in your hotel.

Staying for 2 nights at Petit Palace Londres. Really delighted to be near most of the attractions. Not having to spend valuable time On the Metro. Bus. Taxi and money. Hotel has very professional staff they could not be more than helpful. lovely room with all amenities. Air conditioning cools the room in no time at all. Power shower yes!

The hotel was in an excellent location, close to both the Metro and the train, and with lots of lively activity and restaurants around. We stayed from Saturday until Tuesday, in a nice room with a little balcony. We found that it was rather noisy on Saturday evening until the early hours of the morning but all other nights were fine. The staff in the hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Had a good stay at hotel, with a decent size bath and king bed. Wifi super slow, but a good location next to city center. Of course city center is party center, so there will be some party noise with that location. Amelie at front desk, very helpful and nice. I think its decent value for money at this location. There are some quirks, but overall good choice.

It would be nice if there would be a shower for people who want to leave the hotel after 12 o'clock. The breakfast was great, lots of choice. The beds were good, the (massage) shower did not work properly. Staff friendly and helpful, however, they did not speak english fluently. It was nice to leave the suitcase and stuff at the front desk. The location of the hotel was great.

Central Hotel to reach every important point of the city '. To improve the furnishings and bathroom a little outdated. Overall acceptable.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The location was brilliant as we were a few hundred meters from Sol square so was in the hub of everything. Like every major city it was quite noisy, especially at night, but we did go in fiesta season so we were in the hub of things. One of the wardrobe doors was hanging off and one of the shower doors was hanging precariously on its hinges, but this did not deter us from having an enjoyable stay and would most certainly stay there again. Perhaps things like the doors should be checked before the room is allocated. The staff were helpful.

The room 411 that hosted me for 4 nights l I found always well clean but needs some maintenance on the floor. To the shower cubicle and to the glass of the closet.
The hotel is in a great location, convenient to Piazza del Sol and to shops. Centrally located in the city, ideal for those who want to visit the city by walking comfortably on foot.

Great location, great availability and cordiality from all the staff. The only thing that I would like to highlight is that the rooms should be rimordenizzate a little. Terrific holiday!

The candy and robes made us feel very welcome when we got there. But the first day the coffee was not refilled and the towels were not replaced. The second day we had no maid service. Nothing. Also, we really wanted sheets rather than the duvets, which were too hot. Housekeeping worked 7 am until 1 pm so never got the sheets. The weekend receptionists were very helpful.

Ideal location in the center of the city with spacious, clean, and quiet rooms. It's around the corner from Sol nightlife, but the room is surprisingly quiet, even with a trumpet playing right outside. The bathroom was well cleaned and features a jacuzzi tub and a jacuzzi shower. Sol is around the corner with access to public transportation, and plaza mayor is a 5 minute walk away. Most attractions are at most a 20 minutes walk. Only issue was that their maid staff left early so we couldn't ask for more pillows and some of the night staff don't speak English (so practice your Spanish if you plan on having a 4am emergency)

The location of the hotel is very good if you want to be in the center of the city. Close to Sol, therefore very well connected. With regard to the hotel in itself the furniture and the hotel in itself are old, but very clean. The room and bathroom are small and hydro-massage shower tray column running regular. The staff very friendly.

The bed was comfortable. We had plenty of storage space in our room. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The location near Puerta del Sol is excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5-night stay.

Location, location, location, and value. Great convenient place to stay in Madrid and good value for the price. Staff was great and helpful, the breakfast excellent, but the interior could use a makeover, it's not very modern, though oddly the bathrooms are. Don't get me wrong this is good place to stay and I'd recommend it.

Hotel strategically located in the Center and perfect to move walk in any direction.
Welcome, service and availability good.
Breakfast was plentiful and served in a great attic very very pretty.
The only sore point is the small room, which happened to us and with the bed stuck to the window … not really a symbol of comfort.
Overall a great alberto and recommended for those who want to stay in the Centre of Madrid and be able to move on foot or by public transport.

Staff always helpful and friendly, clean and comfortable room, great breakfast full of delicious foods and drinks, great location, Metro station is close by but because of the distance from the principal attractions you can also take a walk through the streets of Madrid. If I go back to Madrid I would definitely stay at this hotel!

WE were very impressed with the customer service. The room was fantastic the hotel is situated on the main square — within the shopping area, close to the art galleries and museums.

Much warmth and sympathy on the part of the staff, and especially Mireya. They did everything that was within your reach to make us feel comfortable and help that I should us a beautiful memory of our first visit to Madrid.

The breakfast is complete and in a very warm atmosphere. The rooms are OK.
The only problem is that according to the schedule, the rooms which are facing the street the noise reached them and that prevents the sleep better.

I loved this little boutique hotel and it's old charm and vintage appeal. It is perfectly located and quiet and tucked away in an otherwise busy district. You would never know that just outside is the hustle and bustle of a main area. The staff was nice. The rooms are very small but it was adequate and perfect for me. It was very clean. I will recommend my friends to stay here if they visit Madrid.

The location of the hotel was great. Every time when someone opened the bathroom door there would be a bang sound coming from the ceiling. Also there was a slight smell in the bathroom even if it was just cleaned. The person that checked us in was nice and friendly.

Very unpleasant experience the name has nothing to do with the space room that you will find if you compare it with the price that you pay, was a poor staff service, internal telephones of the rooms that we deal with failed and we were 2 hours talking about problems with the people and refused to give us the sheet of claims.

I liked the location close to the puerta del sol and so a few meters from several places to visit in Madrid commeq different museums including the Museum del Prado. The service is excellent and the staff is nice.

The hotel was expensive for the services that offered breakfast lacked anything cool you can find much better for less and also in the Center, the rooms were uninhabitable barely managed to pass with bags, without considering the beds there were four people two had to sleep in a bed with one and half and beds were uncomfortable, the shower drain was clogged, so the rooms appearing in photographs are absolutely fictitious instrument of gymnastics talking space, not to mention the dinner that was held in a restaurant to say the least unpleasant was clean but the food was constantly recycled and were offered the same dishes that definitely weren't talking fresh talking healthy.

Well, this downtown small, cozy, Internet connection with laptop in room, breakfast in very cute design terrace.
