Very good location, otherwise very basic.

The positive: excellent location in the center of Madrid and at a very reasonable price.
Everything else: Despite having specified that my partner suffered was SQM and if it was feasible a room without chemicals. And I was assured that it was impossible to occupy the room as it stinks of air freshener and other chemicals, nor offered any solution even expect a call from the manager. We finally slept in the car.
It has meaning the appearance of a moblé, a lupanal go. Almost impisible to park. And the treatment of the staff to the above level. I wouldn't go back under any circumstances.

Very good option, very good location.

Although the building is old and scary when you walk up the stairs, it is very clean, very good deal. And value for money is fine. The bad thing is to park.

The hostel is in a very central location. Rooms a little old, but clean and with beautiful views. Room cleaning is daily.

1 room for 3 people quite comfortable and well located. Full service. Good place.

The location is perfect, the rooms are according to the price, the fault I've seen has been that there was a lot of noise in the hostel (people talking very loud, noise from the pipes, and just as there were works) otherwise no complaint.

Really price and location are very related. A hostel in full Gran Via, which for a quick getaway is useful. The room has TV and Wi-Fi. It also had a bathroom though a little small. The hostel with respect to hygiene was correct.

Good location and good service. In the middle of Gran via (next to Primark).
The Wi-Fi during the day was good, but at night it failed a lot (i understand it was because it was connected all over the world).

Good budget hotel. Careful theres a lot of steps to get there though.

Basic, comfortable, friendly staff.

Good location but no info with check-in. It's on the fifth floor which you can reach by stairs or elevator but once you get in the hostel, there is one more staircase to go to your room so not recommendable for people in a wheelchair. Clean rooms, good Wi-Fi. You can leave your Keys at the reception which is good so you can't lose it.

Clean, although a bit ' older, has the great value of being in the center. Great view.

Everything cool, only issue and I know just cuz it's due to building size. Restroom a little cramped.

Toilet not very clean, very few outlets of the current in the room and sliding door of the bathroom broken.

Dated but in the center of the Gran via… convenient… clean and very kind staff.

Obscene. The service is efficient but the facility has small size and they are crammed into more beds than what a room could humanly contain.

Small Basic rooms. Some without an outside view, but for a few days in Madrid.

It is located in the Centre of Madrid. The hostel is very well for value for money, room where I stayed was clean with views over the gran Vía, the bathroom very small but functional. The building shares an entrance with other hostels and need reform the entrance and elevator. I recommend it if you are going to be out all day and just go to sleep.

I was in a small room, no tv, no bathroom and they were €25, the worst is an important noise continue conditioning aires and the elevator from an inner courtyard. Not recommended if you get an inner room. Other options were expensive. For the same price I've hosted a 3 star hotel, not a hostal.

Totally inadvisable, rooms not matching the photos, very very dirty, damp in the walls, so much noise in the corridors and I do not mean the coming and going of people, logical thing, but the hotel staff make "arrangements" at any time, and very noisy cleaners, voices, blinds not closing is always fully lit room, very annoying thing at certain times, baths ridiculous with the step antique bathtubs, water communicates with the other rooms and depdende if you are using other get a thread of water, and you despellejas or freeze you not there are term means, in short, we will never return.

Not recommended. In general this all very careless, old, broken and dirty.

Simple and clean complies with the service offered.
