Scammers. Low quality apartments with high prices. Nothing like in the pictures.

Very bad experience, they wouldn't let you cancel booking, they said that one should imagine what his cancellation policy doesn't say! Terrible experience, I feel ripped off. I asked for cancellation 15 days in advance, they wouldn't listen to me.

I have to say one thing, after going through numerous agencies, almost gave up and I wanted a central location in Recoletos, which is not easy to find and an apartment as stylish as "kind of I dreamed of. ". Home Club exceeded my expectation. Nicole, my dear, thank you from the bottom of my heart, for all your effort, patience and professional advices. As well, thank you Sandra, and not to wrongly spell the names of two agents that came that were lovely. I am so happy and hopefully, we will negotiate this for many years to come. Give you all 10/10 and getting the contract, keys and all in just a couple of hours was ☺️ Thank you for making my move one of the best decisions I ever made so far. Recommend you with my heart ♥️

I have been trying to coordinate with these guys since last two weeks as I want an apartment in specific building where they have several appointment. — they don’t respond in time and don’t care when feedback is given
— when they respond they don’t provide the information properly
— they keep changing price of apartment from one hour to other (I was sent an apartment in a response to my interest in 2000, I saw that apartment the same day along with others and asked them to send me the pricing for all, they changed the pricing of 2000 to 2250, I pointed out but they did not bother to respond) I am hoping that the company is not that bad and this pathetic focus on customer service is only due to resources issue during pandemic and august holidays.

Don't return bail is not what they promise when you rent with them after renting don't take care of customers.

Unfortunately it is a company q a few years ago it worked very well but since about 3 or 4 years old, has begun to collect so abusive to the owners for everything. And has ceased to be profitable for the owners. They have too many houses and not rent well as before — 7, 8yrs. To pay all the landlord, are not responsible for the consumption of the customers and you can pass bills forbidding. It is a pity.

Spain Select (Home Select), What you sell is not real. The earnings, being carried by Spain Select (Home Select), not the owner of the inmuelble. And then the occupation is minimal. You would have to complain about all the people that we have trusted our property in Spain Select (Home Select) and felt shortchanged as was my case. Stop with spain select (home select) stop fool trying verder what is not real. You sold that alquilaran for a lot of money, and the money it takes spain select (home select), to see if it's crashing soon scammers.

This flat was in a perfect location for both the school & exploring Madrid; it was secure, in a good building and very comfortable.

Excellent, the attention of all the staff is very efficient and caring. From the airport pick-up, delivery of the floor, the immediate attention to any queries and excellent disposition, make of Spain Select a business category five stars. Thanks and see you soon!

BE CAREFUL PEOPLE They treats the tenant like Spain Select is the boss, they can basically take away all your deposit the way they want. Very tiny scratches will cost you the whole deposit. I am sure they never pass that to the owner because they are also the one who do the maintenance. I consider they are a RIP OFF.
