The location is pushed into a cute little corner but it is easy to find with Google maps. The staff is very friendly and helps out with what you need. The rooms are fresh dn cleaned constantly and the breakfast is really good!

Don't judge a book by its cover… Great little hotel. Really Good Breakfast at 10 EUR. Great location. Good Value!

Despite the 3 stars rating, the design pulls 5 stars. The rooms are spacious, often cleaned. The key card is opened. In the dining room not very varied, but rather hearty and tasty choice of food. It should be noted electronic blinds and mini-bars.

Very good hotel, but no charm. The rooms are dark, the décor is very dated, it lacks charm. However, the hotel is ideally located, and absolutely quiet! This compensates…

Hotel muy bien situado junto a la Gran Vía, aunque no demasiado ruidoso pese a ello. Las habitaciones son algo antiguas (como el resto del hotel) pero tienen un tamaño correcto, y cuentan con habitaciones para familias (con dos camas y un sofá cama). La recepción, eso sí, es muy pequeña, así que a la hora de hacer el check out se suele juntar mucha gente, con lo que si entráis en ese momento, puede que tengáis que esperar. Eso sí, el personal es muy agradable.

Everything is very positive: location services, room, cleaning. Maybe only sin breakfast room too narrow.

The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The location is great, close to the center and close to a metro station. The room is cozy, only slightly small but very clean and the bed is very comfortable.
Finally the breakfast is great to start the day, for all tastes sweet and salty, but especially the quality of food is great.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The only problem is entering the hotel by going down the access stairs. I advise the administration to make an easy entrance to the hotel since going down those stairs is very difficult for older adults.

Comfortable and relatively inexpensive hotel in central Madrid close to squares etc and eating places. Staff very helpful. Slept very well.

It is not the first time we have come and I assure you that every time we come to Madrid we will stay here. They're magnificent. Spectacular attention. I love them.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is superb. Housekeeping was great and the front desk clerk Miguel went out if his way to accommodate our needs and even printed our boarding passes. He called a taxi for our departure trip to the airport and made sure room service served us coffee on time and even handed out a to go cup. NH in Amsterdam could take customer service lesson from this hotel. Thank you Miguel.

It is very well located. Comfortable and with an attentive staff. A good option for not spending a pasture. By putting a paste in the breakfast seemed a bit regular.

Nice place. It's in an alley which you would not expect an hotel to be but it's central and in the midst of all the happenings. Loved my stay there.

This hotel is pure location location location, it's only 2 blocks away from La Gran Vía, in the middle of the action, near from everything, the service is just fine, nothing spectacular, the rooms are very nice, pretty much we loved the hotel but the service.

Very good breakfast. A block and a half from the gran via. Perfect location. Very good customer service. The only negative the fourth of the three is a little small. But it is a beautiful hotel. Full breakfast.

Ideal location. Recently renovated you have been given a small makeover, more welcoming, less carpet. Clean and comfortable.

A very competitive 50 meters from the Gran Via. A hotel very nice, well maintained and with an excellent location. The rooms are good size and the bathroom is the same. Their staff is very attentive and are always willing to help. His only weakness is the breakfast, which for the nine euros it costs could be more complete. If you are looking for location, tranquility and good treatment this hotel is a great option. Great price-quality ratio.

Very close to the Gran via Super Central. Breakfast not included or not bookable. What a pity. Isolation is a problem. You can hear everything all night.

Very central so ideal for sightseeing and shopping, eating and drinking. Rooms were good value, bit basic but good as a base to explore Madrid. Friendly staff. Mind the big hole in the pavement outside the front door (! )

A good location being a short walk to the centre. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is well decorated with comfortable rooms, although I did find the room a little to warm and needed the aircon on, Which is noisy that didn't lead to the greatest night sleep.

Very central but quiet location in the middle of Madrid. Rooms were clean. However, something disorganized. Although I had reserved the room more than half a year in advance, I had to move on a 3 day stay inside the hotel. I found that very, very annoying!

Nice hotel right in the middle of the city. One block from Gran Via on a very quiet street. Room was maintained well, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Can' beat the location for close proximity to Checua while being on a very quiet street.

We liked it. Just off a major street but quiet. This is a clean hotel. It is (as expected if you've ever been to Europe) small by North American standards. It is a fine size though. In room safe. Mini bar. Coffee and tea (with Kettle). Lots of food choices near by but find a smaller street to avoid tourist prices. 10min walk to Plaza Mayor. They also offer a airport shuttle for €12 per person. Close to local transit (FYI Line 1 is currently closed in the city as if this review). Also the Wi-Fi is pretty good a few drops but more consists than the last hotel. Easy connection each time you return to hotel.

We are in the small and medium size (about 70 rooms) hotel for 2 nights. The location of the hotel is very good, because it Ablative Orchid Avenue, just a few steps away (Gallo Metro station). The hotel is very clean, the room spacious enough, the room facilities were very good. Wi-Fi is also OK. Breakfast was great, with many dairy products, but the lack of green vegetables. But we are all very full.

What a quaint, clean little hotel. I really appreciate the kindness and friendliness of the staff. I am disabled, and while not apparently wheel chair accessible, the elevator is in working order. The room talk at I am in is not accessible, but it is small and clean. The tub is just the right size for this short person. It is cool, air conditioned, with a decently stocked mini bar. There is room service and the staff is helpful in letting you know where there are good places to eat. It's a short distance to a plaza I visited the last time I was here… but where are my street vendors? I was looking forward to shopping with them! Back to thebhotel… If you don't mind a small hotel, you can't do better for the price and cleanliness.

Relationship quality price correct, very central and with attention good. They could get better details, and gradually they are applying them, ideal place to spend a few days by the Centre of Madrid. Ideal for shopping in the Center and leave them in the room for a walk.

Pretty good hotel for a reasonable price. Breakfast is the only downside. Not a full continental breakfast as one might expect.

BEST WESTERN Hotel Los Condes not has free parking as stated by Google, but if it offers its guests a parking lot with advantageous prices for your stay in the Centre of Madrid.

More central to that price can not be ordered. Pleasant and cordial treatment. Successful installations.
