Lovely rooms and Super well located. The deal is fantastic. Ideal to go with your partner and enjoy the weekend in Madrid.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and loved it. It was a shame we didn't stay any longer. The staff were very friendly and helpful (s). The room was clean, clean and helpful. Excellent location, five minutes both sun and great track. There is a lot of gastronomic offer in the surrounding sun. If in doubt, we will repeat!

Very impressed. Minimalistic boutique hotel. We were upgraded to 2nd floor two balconies. Kitchenette 1.5 bathrooms. People at the front very professional and friendly. Even includes free portable Wi-Fi to use around Madrid. Excellent location and prices. The stairs are a bit steep and the lamp needs to be raised. Very happy with all.

Awesome boutique hotel in a great location. We were lucky enough to have a lovely 2level room with 2 balconies overlooking the plaza. The first level had full bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and balconies and the top level had another toilet, day bed and tv. The room was clean and comfortable and they leave little personal touches like lollies, who your room was cleaned by and amazing toiletries like body scrubs and shaving kits! The staff are super nice and want to make sure you have the best time — they even walked out to the street to show us where the best restaurants were. Breakfast is included and is not extensive but has all you need with a mix of hot and cold items. Thanks for the great stay!

Excellent Location. Extremely helpful staff. Room was amazing with two balconies. Reasonably priced with full breakfast included. They dont have their own restaurant but do have an affiliation with a local Sushi restaurant and do offer room service. However didnt get to try it, so cannot comment on it. All in all great value. 5⭐s.

Location very near city center. Hotel staff is very friendly. Had the 2-level room (common area, kitchenette, bathroom /shower on first level with large second level area for queen bed and desk). Thought bathroom was small, but served its purpose. Would is stay here again if have the opportunity.

I was alone in Madrid for three days and I decided to book a single room there! The location was amazing, only 1-2 minutes walking and I was in Callao! The staff was really friendly and the room I became was huge!

Great location and really friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is large and delicious. In my opinion, it lacks a few things, like a gym, a lounge, or perhaps a bar. But for the price that you are paying, the service is impeccable. Taxis don’t know the Hotel however, so keep in mind the exact address (Travesía Trujillos). They tend to know that street, for some reason. This hotel is really for bed and breakfast. But if that’s all you’re looking for, it’s a great choice!

The hotel is amazing, clean, tidy, and the staff is really nice. The location is great, just in the centre, you can visit all the centre just walking. I have stayed twice, and I'll repeat for sure!

Room Mate Laura is a great boutique hotel with even better service. The location can't be beat and the rooms have a modern design and are very spacious for a luxury feel. The staff is one of their greatest assets — very friendly and will go out of the way to ensure that their guests have the best stay possible. I would definitely stay here again the next time I travel to Madrid. I would highly recommend Room Mate Laura to any potential tourists that want to have a great location and experience in Madrid.

Great location, friendly staff, good cleanliness!

Chic trendy style. Young crowd, inclusive atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff. We had a family room, it worked well with our 20s offspring, even the extra beds were big enough. Little kitchen was a bonus so we could make tea and snacks whenever we wanted.

Location is very good, close by to the major attractions. Hotel staff were very friendly, and the mobile Wi-Fi Hotspot was a very nice feature. Only quibble is that the bathroom was a little small, but more than enough.

I thought that this hotel was a great stay to my short trip in Madrid. The service was excellent and the rooms were very spacious. The rooms also made it very easy to live with others. The lobby is very elegant and the people at the desk were very helpful. The hotel is also located in a good spot, it is close to the plaza mayor and is right near grand via. I would definitely stay in this hotel again and I would also recommend this hotel to anyone who is thinking about traveling to Madrid.

Large, clean room in an excellent location downtown. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, the hotel staff are great (they even offer a free walking tour of Madrid every morning). The breakfast could be better but it's free, so I really can't complain. Great place to stay in Madrid!

Room Mate Laura hotel, had a very good time … we came here two and booked a standard room (double bed). Staff very nice, the room clean and tidy. Breakfast is very good! Of course, the advantages are: 1. The best location in Madrid. 2. Wireless Wi-Fi makes the trip even more brilliant. This is the first time we lived "Room Mate" hotel, but certainly not the last.

Original hotel very well situated in the centre of Madrid. Rooms spacious and very clean. Breakfast, as always, room mate, very abundant. And, of course, in a quiet but very very central.

Location of the hotel in the center of the city, close to restaurants, attractions, bars and so on, but far enough to make you feel not noisy. Also close to a number of different underground stations. Rooms are large and clean. There is hardly any facilities, but the location and price are very satisfactory.

We visited the hotel Room Mate Laura in December. When we saw the entrance to the hotel we were amazed by the beauty, the cleanliness and well organized hotel. We arrived at reception and greeted us with a smile and warmth. We got the room at the time with no delays, the room was very clean and tidy. The room was really big and good for a couple and their equipment in the cupboards and in the room itselfs. Kitchen (fridge, microwave oven, Stove) and a cute little balcony. When we had any request to the reception we got what we wanted and quickly. The staff is very courteous and warm there is no bad word you can say about them, Always with a smile, fun to talk to them, know English well and if not — there was always someone who speaks English. It is having the best location! Close to La gran Via, close to 3 metro stations, Preciados street, the Plaza Mayor square, the Plaza de Sol. All within walking distance! There are a variety of good restaurants in the area. We enjoyed during are whole stay. :)

We alijamos us here in 2011, we loved the hotel, rented a Loft on the ground floor and it was great, very large and nicely decorated.

With charm. Ideal location in downtown. Excellent care and design. The rooms are spacious and with large windows. Your friends will thank you for having recommended. Only point to improve the sound insulation of windows, as the area is inevitably noisy.

Place advisable and well located in Madrid.

The room is quite comfortable and good size. A shame is the common spaces and received attention in general leaves a little to be desired.

We stayed at the hotel the night of Valentine (chance, of truth). We reserve a suite type Duplex overlooking the plaza de las Descalzas. Attentive staff (without more), very nice room, with a very romantic, indirect lighting. My negative comments: the walls of the shower were very chipped and it is not the best room to relax, since, although it has metal blinds, the noise from the street, along with the church bells, constantly interrupt sleep.

A very good hotel. Advisable. I usually go often, I love it! It is a good site, you ought to go. The food is spectacular, the service good, always is full and the price is affordable. I really like meat that, always ask the point that better little echo. I really like the variety of desserts that have.

Funky chicken I love because it is competition from Kentucky and my I like that kind of fast food, but the truth is that the times I've gone. It has given me a bit of sadness, I do a llamamieto apra that more people go to funky chicken to cheer the roost! a guy is very characteristic of waiter, haha.

We stayed there for five days and we enjoyed our holiday very much. Room mate laura is a very nice design hotel, which is perfect especially for young people, but for everyvbody else as well. The staff was very helpfull and kind. We booked for a standard "duplex room", but at the check-in we got a "double deluxe" room for the same price. Super room. If you want to stay in a central and relatively cheap hotel in Madrid choose Room Mate Laura.

We had booked for five days. At our check-in we were upgraded to a 'double deluxe' which was a room with a loft space, two big beds, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a freezer and two flatscreen TV's. We enjoyed it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a free Wi-Fi connection and there's also a PC for guests at the reception. Thanks Room Mate Laura ;-).
