Excellent service. Neatness. Recommended!

Very tidy hotel, near to the metro lines: 1 (tino de molina) and sol. Be careful because sometines some extra money for snacks not used could be added. Good breakfast, very complete. Nice resturants close to the hotel.

Hotels in great location to turn madrid on foot. Very clean/beautiful rooms / ugly bathroom. Private car service for airport and vice versa at the same price as taxi. And on the roof a small solarium with shower and very cute loungers with a view of beautiful madrid.

The room was nice. There is a personal balcony with a couple of lounge chairs which was pretty great. The location is pretty ideal to access locations in Centro. The "gym" was a joke and the reason for 4 stars rather than 5. It was 3 cardio machines that weren't completely functional in a room that was about 60 sq ft and with windows that didn't open.

The location of this hotel is amazing very central. No complaints here. And staff is nice as well. But overall hotel is old, poorly kept, beds are not comfortable and poor ventilation, worse of all is sound, you can hear everything from everywhere. Make sure if you stay here you call and ask that their is no construction next door or else you won’t get any sleep!

Traditional 3-star hotel with a great location. Walking distance to most sights in Madrid, and to bars and restaurants (within tourist areas). Rooftop terrace is a nice touch for a sunny day, good location for the sunset. The fitness room is not special, and you need to collect key at the front desk to use it. Soundproofed window (towards patio) but thin walls, so not recommended for light sleepers. Comfortable beds and decent bedding. Fresh towels and spacious bathroom with combo of shower and bath. Mini fridge and safety locker in room, very appreciated.

Clean and tidy hotel. Located in the city center. There are two squares nearby, salt and major. I recommend to take breakfast.

Rooms very small, temperature that can not be set and view on course covered. It's depressing not to be able to see the sky on awakening. In short if the location is interesting this hotel is not worth its stars because even the Wi-Fi is not stable.

The location is excellent, in the heart of Madrid. The double room we stayed in was like a suite with ample terrace, good heating as we went a few days from cold wave but smelt the plumbing in the bathroom. I give it a high.

Hotel right next to the Calderón Theater. The décor is a bit dated but the rooms are correct and the staff friendly.

I must say this is a nice budgeted hotel at the central. Very convenient as most of the landmarks are within walking distance. Room is not big but clean and tidy. This is hotel not hostel.

Cosy and renovated in the center of Madrid. Personal and enjoyable. Affordable price. The views are not very good from the rooms but they are from the sun. The rooms are very comfortable and are clean. There is a car park. Great, the solarium of the terrace in sunny days. The breakfast bufet is highly recommended.

The location was just great! Everything is up to 10-15 mins walk. The rooms was pretty small, yet good enough for short vacation.

The hotel location is really good. The metro, food hall, square, and several great restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel. The rooms are very tiny though and very hot. We unfortunately could not get our AC to provide cool air.

Great location, spacious room and normal breakfast and don't stay there without anything because replenished constantly. We would need to refit the bathrooms and rooms. About all remove the curtains from the bath, remove the bath tub and the room had cracks.

Clean, the staff of 10, your cafe is very well priced, with service garage. Highly recommended. You could make some improvement on the endings of the rooms but as cleanliness, service, price and location unbeatable.

Old hotel, small room, small bed, uncomfortable bedding. No reception. Window on "courtyard" with pipes. No light. Faulty Thermostat, etc. Doesn't deserve a star. To avoid despite the very good location.

The hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly, we asked for a double room and at first we could give was all busy, finally they gave us a room that was nice with a double bed on the mezzanine floor, the only downside is that it was the dining room in that plant and by the morning there was some noise, but everything else fantastic.

Good facilities, location is perfect as you are in the center of Madrid. They offer valet service for a good price, if you compare it with the parking of the surrounding area.

We had a junior suite which was great. The only thing missing was a coffee maker which was only a big deal because I got really sick while in Madrid and desperately wanted hot tea. The breakfast was pretty good and it’s in an excellent location. The staff was friendly and helpful and even let us borrow a power adapter.

Old room, poorly smelling and with the walls that do not isolate at all from all the external noises. The Wi-Fi is very slow, often unusable. The only good thing is the location.

The room is nice, wooden floor and all, didn't get breakfast but it's fine since there's so many places to eat around here.

Very slow internet. Closet-sized "gym".

But no tea or coffee making facilities.

The hotel is really in the center of Madrid and within walking distance to just everything. We only used the metro once in two days in Madrid because the kid was tired. The hotel has the parking (you may need to pay extra for it, we did not need it), the room had the minibar, tv, Wi-Fi access. The staff was very friendly. Not much more to say, we had quite a pleasant stay there.

Stiff bed of springs, sound insulation regular, air-conditioning regular almost didn't come. Bar service is terrible and very expensive. Extras don't count on anything. Good treatment of staff. Situation.

Positive: Very Central, comfortable rooms, recently renovated. Negative: Room poorly soundproofed, you can hear people in the hallway, slamming doors and people in the adjoining room it seems that you have inside of yours. Come back always that you do not have neighbors who like the nightlife.
