Madrid Hotels near Edificio Grassy

This is our third time staying here. The Location is excellent with easy access to all the sites in Madrid and to public transport. Beautiful building and rooms. Super comfortable for our family.

We experienced a smooth check in and out system. The instructions were clear and the staff followed up to make sure we checked in properly.

10/10 place for both professionals and youth, both for one night or more.
I went there two nights to renew my passport and hang out.

Central to all the action, great value, not luxury but very thoughtfully decorated and comfortable.

Very nice little B&B with perfect location and some charm. We really enjoyed our stay.

This hostal very close to Gran Vía is a gem: everything was perfect, better than expected actually (accomodation, service, personnel, price, location, access to transport, etc.

Only one (really) bad observation about this hostel: there was an awful, nonstop banging noise coming from upstairs, I couldn't sleep. It sounded like some machinery.

Overall we had a great stay. Convenient location by historic center, right off Gran Via while relatively quiet.
Well equipped kitchen. Apartment is clean and spacious. Small but very nice shower.

We stayed here for four nights while visiting Madrid. Overall very pleased with it…nice apartment style place steps from Gran Via Metro.

I couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. Great customer service, clean rooms, central location, and great price!
Highly recommended.

I stayed 3 nights here. The location is very convenient and the reception staff provided very clear instruction before/after your arrival.

Amazing location near everything. The room was a big size and the refrigerator was a perfect bonus for the hot Madrid summer. Nothing like a San Miguel Siesta. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Imbatible location. A friendly staff give you a kind service. The price is good for a renovated room with mini refrigerator and secure box inside the closet.

Great location! Friendly, helpful staff! Clean and comfortable room. Good value for money.

Spotlessly clean compact cosy room, super comfy bed, great shower with good water pressure, TV with Netflix & YouTube etc.

Although it doesn't provide breakfast, it is conveniently located close to bustling streets. Just a few steps away are cafes and restaurants, and the rooms are cleaned very well.

Nice hotel at the center of Madrid. You feel like living and working in Madrid as it is situated inside a building. The room is good. The bathroom is old but good.

Staff lovely, 🫶🏻 location okay, It was quiet and the bed was comfortable, perfect for the budget! 😇🙏🏻
P. S: Only cleanness should improve but pretty understandable for a hostal with common areas.

Clean, quiet, functional, nice employees, centric, good prices and even courtesy breakfast! We'll be back!

A very central hostel, in the Chueca neighborhood, modest but clean rooms.

First off — I cannot say enough nice things about the owner of this Hostal. I was with a group of 9, and a previous reservation we had did not work out.

Standard hotel room in a great location. Clean with very good service. All in good working order. We have stayed here several times.

Very friendly, lovely place. Although we didn't speak Spanish, it wasn't a problem.
