Great value for money! The owner is very friendly, the view is beautiful, and there are even some cute cats around. It’s also convenient for elderly guests since there aren’t too many stairs.

The owner gave great advice, the rooms were clean and quiet, but it may be far from Kundasang, but it's not a problem for car owners.

As of 5th March 2026, went to the Ramadhan Buffet for the first time to break my fast. The FOH was friendly as they kindly guided me to my seat. The crew here were friendly and service was excellent.

The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived.

The location is fabulous next to the Mulu National Park. The staff were superb — very attentive and engaging who tried to accommodate our every request including quick-drying our soaking shoes.

Had a two night stay there. The rooms were crisp, clean and fresh. Service was really top notch and loved every bit of it, hospitality I would say is 10/10.

We went here on 25/01/2026 as part of our full-day Kundasang trip, and this was our first stop. When we arrived, the weather was okay, though it started drizzling a bit later.

We recently stayed at this hotel to wrap up our trip around Borneo, and it was the perfect ending to our adventure! The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, making our departure stress-free.

Beautiful resort on Tanjung Aru. Really nice resort style. Rooms may be a bit dated but comfortable. We stayed in the sea facing suite and it was impeccable.

Amazing rooms and views, but I had some issues with the service. We got locked out of our room and we were unable to reach the phone to the receptionist… which was in the room.

SO, this is an excellent place to stay in Kota Kinabalu. The room is very clean, and well maintained.

It is a dream if you are qualified and want to do some chilled diving. There are three wrecks here to explore and plenty of macro life. Night dives are especially good.

I’ve stayed in quite a few places around the area, but this hotel honestly surprised me in the best way.

The homestay was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free.

It was my first journey to Lawas — Sarawak — Malaysia a week ago. I went there with my friend. He/She was doing business and I just took vacation. We stayed at a Homestay which simple but comfortable.

Biggest hotel in Lawas with a swimming pool. Four floors, has a hall and a small 24-hour convenience store. Free breakfast included, and the price is quite reasonable.

Thank you to concierge staff Cedric for great warmth welcome during my check in. He started my birthday holiday so memorable just only once I’m stepped in to this hotel. Nice sea view from my room.

All the staff are very friendly and kind. They take action fast to our concerns. I would suggest to update their first kit as it didn’t have items needed for first aid when we needed for our daughter.

You can enjoy the scenic panoramic view of the peaceful Kota Kinabalu town from here, both the enchanting night view and mesmerising day view.
