The room is great. There is no bidet tho, so its an automatic no for me. And the parking is using public parking. I have been compounded 2 days in a row because I woke up late to pay the parking fee.

For me I like everything. All is good. Staffs very kind always smile when saw customers, good service and instructions all very clear and process check in or check out very simple and easy.

Clean, cozy and relaxing hotel.
I give it 4 stars because the first room I got had an air conditioner that wasn't working properly and the room phone was also not working.

I stay here quite often since I travel to KK every month. The rooms are super comfy and clean but recently the breakfast buffet has been quite disappointing.

The morning breakfast is superb. Staffs are friendly. Location is good, call Grab to any down area less than RM 7. You can totally enjoy grab freedom.

We recently stayed at this hotel to wrap up our trip around Borneo, and it was the perfect ending to our adventure! The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, making our departure stress-free.

Beautiful resort on Tanjung Aru. Really nice resort style. Rooms may be a bit dated but comfortable. We stayed in the sea facing suite and it was impeccable.

A fabulous overnight stay on our way to Gaya island. The hotel is first class and within walking distance of the Jettleson Ferry.

We stayed at the grandis hotel at the end of our tour. The rooms are very large and very comfortable. The hotel is next the shopping mall, very handy for restaurants and shops.

Highly recommended if you want a clean place, affordable and great location to stay in Kota Kinabalu!

A nice hotel that looks luxurious even though it is a budget hotel. Having a TV with Netflix is quite surprising for a budget hotel.

Spent the most enjoyable day at the resort! Our vacation was made even more unforgettable by the staff's warmth and kindness.

I recently stayed at The Magellan Sutera Resort for 4 days and 3 nights due to a family emergency, and overall it was a very pleasant stay.
For the price paid, the room and service were very good.

We stayed on the 8th floor with a partial sea view. The hotel is a little old, but it is generally clean, well maintained, and comfortable.

Great place to stay in terms of location. Shops, markets, Gaya St etc all 2-3 minutes walk.

Stayed for 67 hours, breakfast was legit goated. I nonchalantly walked into the hotel lobby seeking for the best hotel in kota Kinabalu. Here is it the best you can get.

This is my 2nd time in Kota Kinabalu, this round for a business trip. Staff were friendly and helpful, and I was able to drop my luggage early.

I had a wonderful stay at Howard Johnson by Wyndham Kota Kinabalu City Centre during my trip to Kota Kinabalu.

We honeymooned at Gaya Island for 7 nights and had the most amazing experience. If you are after a relaxed, friendly atmosphere that doesn't feel too over the top this is the place for you.

Amazing rooms and views, but I had some issues with the service. We got locked out of our room and we were unable to reach the phone to the receptionist… which was in the room.

Service was amazing. They accommodated to my rescheduling 2 times via Agoda due to the floods at other district. For that, they deserve a 5 stars.

Location is decent. A short grab ride to the center. Hotel was under construction, just near the airport. Hotel staff speaks reasonable english and is always willing to help.

Location is ideal as the entrance is close to the mall and building next door. Interior design is as good as what othes have uploaded. Staffs were very friendly, helpful and accomodating to our needs.

SO, this is an excellent place to stay in Kota Kinabalu. The room is very clean, and well maintained.

I had a very good stay at Cottonhouz by Ayuhouz. Everything throughout my visit was smooth and well-managed, with no issues at all.

My stay at Cottonhouz by Ayuhouz was excellent. The room was spotless and comfortable, the service was top-notch, and the location couldn't be better. Just walk across and your at imago mall already.

The room, the facilities and the staff were all brilliant. Was a luxurious stay. They went above and beyond what they had to. I would highly recommend! Also a very reasonable price.

This area is much quieter than the busy areas which is nice.

Disappointing that weren't told pool & gym being restored with no visible. Woŕk in progress. 1hr 10min drive in traffic to nearby hotel pool that was no where near comparable standard.

I recently had a wonderful Chinese New Year dinner at The Palace Hotel Kota Kinabalu, and it was truly a delightful experience.

I stayed at Tune Hotel 1 Borneo for 2 nights. The location is very strategic as it is located inside 1 Borneo Hypermall, making it easy to find food, shop, and access many nearby stores.

This is my first time staying at Tune Hotel 1borneo for 3 days and I highly recommend it for everyone to stay here.

Thank you to concierge staff Cedric for great warmth welcome during my check in. He started my birthday holiday so memorable just only once I’m stepped in to this hotel. Nice sea view from my room.

All the staff are very friendly and kind. They take action fast to our concerns. I would suggest to update their first kit as it didn’t have items needed for first aid when we needed for our daughter.

Room, linens, towels and toilet (bathroom) are so clean. Very spacious too. Easy walking distance to Centre Point/Gaya Street. Price is worth it and loving the easy check in and out.

My second time stay here honestly this is one of the best yet underrated hotel in Kota Kinabalu❤️ located at the city centre make it easy to travel around the city.
