Very nice place for family and very nice staff. Very helpful and amazing service. Bedrooms are nice and quite affordable considering the space. Very comfortable and clean.

The room was good. If you are lucky you can a great view of the river and sea with the sunset. Breakfast is really great. A nice gym to workout. Not sure if has a pool.

We stumbled upon this charming resort @cocoon in Just like its name, the whole place is designed to look like a cocoon. My son’s first reaction? ‘Wah, so aesthetic!

It was a comfy experience. The family room was spacious, had a mini fridge though not really cold kinda half working?

The services rendered by staffs are excellent ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

We travelled in a group of 6 with Green View Travel and Tour. Stay at Satura Lodge for one night at the villa. The villa was beautifully designed.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at Palm Villa Poring with my family. This was our second stay under SSL, and it truly did not disappoint.

Great value for money! The owner is very friendly, the view is beautiful, and there are even some cute cats around. It’s also convenient for elderly guests since there aren’t too many stairs.

The owner gave great advice, the rooms were clean and quiet, but it may be far from Kundasang, but it's not a problem for car owners.

The service and attentiveness of the staff are definitely my favourite part of my stay here. Room is always clean when I get back to the hotel.

As of 5th March 2026, went to the Ramadhan Buffet for the first time to break my fast. The FOH was friendly as they kindly guided me to my seat. The crew here were friendly and service was excellent.

The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived.

The location is fabulous next to the Mulu National Park. The staff were superb — very attentive and engaging who tried to accommodate our every request including quick-drying our soaking shoes.

Had a two night stay there. The rooms were crisp, clean and fresh. Service was really top notch and loved every bit of it, hospitality I would say is 10/10.

Wonderful breakfast. Perfect location. Good club lounge. Concierge was helpful organizing a golf outing. Next door to the best malls and markets which are must see. Great view of the sea and harbor.

We went here on 25/01/2026 as part of our full-day Kundasang trip, and this was our first stop. When we arrived, the weather was okay, though it started drizzling a bit later.

Didn’t sleep here but wanted to leave review for the spring garden that are open to everyone. Of course I wouldn’t miss this viral place for the world!

Stayed from 8-10 Jan 26 in the ocean villa. The staff are all friendly and professional. On two occasions, we had to request for buggy service as it was raining heavily.

We recently stayed at this hotel to wrap up our trip around Borneo, and it was the perfect ending to our adventure! The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, making our departure stress-free.

Beautiful resort on Tanjung Aru. Really nice resort style. Rooms may be a bit dated but comfortable. We stayed in the sea facing suite and it was impeccable.

Great Location, Stunning Views & Super Comfortable!

We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Grandis! The location is super convenient—right next to Suria Sabah Mall and just a short walk to Jesselton Point, which made our island-hopping trip so easy.

Everything was perfect. Owner was so kind to pick us up from airport in the middle of night (2 a. M) and explained everything on the way.

I had a pleasant stay at HF suites. The room was clean, which made the stay comfortable.

Great location. Near to the city n airport.
One of the best hotel in KK.
Huge big pool, kids will enjoyed the pool.
But have small beach, if you want bigger beach area, suggest to check in at Pacific.
