Great value for money! The owner is very friendly, the view is beautiful, and there are even some cute cats around. It’s also convenient for elderly guests since there aren’t too many stairs.

The owner gave great advice, the rooms were clean and quiet, but it may be far from Kundasang, but it's not a problem for car owners.

The service and attentiveness of the staff are definitely my favourite part of my stay here. Room is always clean when I get back to the hotel.

As of 5th March 2026, went to the Ramadhan Buffet for the first time to break my fast. The FOH was friendly as they kindly guided me to my seat. The crew here were friendly and service was excellent.

The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived.

Wonderful breakfast. Perfect location. Good club lounge. Concierge was helpful organizing a golf outing. Next door to the best malls and markets which are must see. Great view of the sea and harbor.

We recently stayed at this hotel to wrap up our trip around Borneo, and it was the perfect ending to our adventure! The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, making our departure stress-free.

Beautiful resort on Tanjung Aru. Really nice resort style. Rooms may be a bit dated but comfortable. We stayed in the sea facing suite and it was impeccable.

We booked from their website. There is a discount for divers. Rooms was new and clean. Bedding confortable. Nice view on gunung kinabalu.

We booked the 3D 2N tour via Seek Sophie Feb 2026. I guess its rainy season but we were lucky with the weather.
The guided river tours were excellent. Ike our guide was fantastic.

We did the 2N3D river cruise and it was amazing. We stayed in the dorm room which was spacious with good air-con and comfy beds.

But have small beach, if you want bigger beach area, suggest to check in at Pacific.

The hotel itself is very nice. The staff were very kind and our room was great, though the showering water was somewhat little. They did a really great job designing the area considering the location.

One of the best place to stay in kk. Can walk to imago, no need to order grab. Around there also got other malls but not as big as imago, suria sabah, cp. Greatttt place to stay. Rooms are clean!

I had an exceptional stay at Hilton Kota Kinabalu. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive.

Good value for solo travelling or staying overnight. Locker provided, big enough to fit big luggages.
