We travelled to Kundasang with a group of friends and booked four rooms at Ayana Holiday Resort for our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience.

Stayed here for 1 night. Booked room with private balcony and its worth it bcuse morning views was really beautifull. Just the rooms was not really soundproof and the toilet was 5/10.

Perched on a mountain crest, facing the mighty Kinabalu mountain, Perkasa hotel is a vintage concrete building, in serious need of renovation.

I had a wonderful 2-night stay in a suite room at Perkasa Hotel Kundasang. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Good service and rooms is clean. Abit old school but overall is okay regarding service, cleanliness and hospitality.

Quite a good hotel, just a bit old which the name already points out, just quite hesitant to give water, despite me staying many days.

This is our fifth stay here, and we keep coming back for a reason. The resort offers a spacious environment with beautiful views, and the peaceful atmosphere is truly one of its highlights.

If you’re looking for a place where you can wake up, open your window, and see Mount Kinabalu right in your face, Celyn Resort Kinabalu is the spot!

Lovely clean room with a view to die for. Breakfast is basic, but ok, and evening restaurant has limited menu of whatever they have that night…generally rice or noodles.

This place is super awesome to stay! You can see Mt Kinabalu clearly from the corridor when you open the curtains — can chill on bed and view at the same time.

The room was nice. Foods at puteri nabalu also nice but a bit pricey.
Except sometimes the bathroom smells.

The room was extremely spacious and comfy. Room and toilet were clean although everything does looks dated.

This is a really peaceful and beautiful resort. I came with a group after trekking through the jungle. Pool is massive and warm.
It was a great place to relax. Right on the beach.

I stayed at Palm Beach Resort & Spa Labuan last week for a workshop. The room looked a bit old but still in good condition — spacious, with a huge bathroom and a private veranda offering a nice view.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional and always ready to assist.

I stay here quite often since I travel to KK every month. The rooms are super comfy and clean but recently the breakfast buffet has been quite disappointing.

The service and attentiveness of the staff are definitely my favourite part of my stay here. Room is always clean when I get back to the hotel.

As of 5th March 2026, went to the Ramadhan Buffet for the first time to break my fast. The FOH was friendly as they kindly guided me to my seat. The crew here were friendly and service was excellent.

The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived.

It's a comfortable resort. Not much facilities since it's not a hotel. Friendly staff and good service. Location quite good. Need skillful driver to drive through the narrow road.

We stayed here for a couple of nights and it is in a very quiet location with good views of the surrounding areas.

Had a two night stay there. The rooms were crisp, clean and fresh. Service was really top notch and loved every bit of it, hospitality I would say is 10/10.

A nice hotel that looks luxurious even though it is a budget hotel. Having a TV with Netflix is quite surprising for a budget hotel.

Stayed from 8-10 Jan 26 in the ocean villa. The staff are all friendly and professional. On two occasions, we had to request for buggy service as it was raining heavily.

The morning breakfast is superb. Staffs are friendly. Location is good, call Grab to any down area less than RM 7. You can totally enjoy grab freedom.

The Village House was an exceptional experience. The ride from Kuching (Grab) presented beautiful roads and scenery.
Both Lin and Ramli were a pleasure to interact with.
