Staff are superb! from the receptionist to the housekeeping staff, they are all very friendly. Great variety of breakfast and I really enjoyed thr swimming pool. Bed was super cozy!

A rather new hotel, nice room and very friendly staff. One of the best hotels in Miri.

Stayed here for 6 nights. Service was excellent. There's a custom page on TV to greet you upon entering your room. Room is clean and huge with bathtub. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The gym is new and all the equipments are working fine. Great view from infinity pool on level 7. Wide range of food is available for breakfast. Hotel also provide free shuttle service. The best hotel in Miri now. Update from my second and third stay, 2 months since my first stay. The service quality for this place has drop significantly since 2 months ago. Now this place is like a 5 star hotel with 3 star service. My room wasn't cleaned regularly. The breakfast is mediocre. The half boiled eggs are fully cooked. The gym is supposed to be 24 hours. I go to the gym early in the morning but fan and the aircond is off, the toilets were locked and the studio was locked as well. This not how a 24 hour gym supposed to be. It's totally a joke. Nothing was done even after letting front desk know about this.

Nice hotel with breakfast lunch and dinner buffet. Nice infinity pool upstairs with sea view. Clean rooms high quality service and friendly stuff.

Try the "Drinking Ape" bar on ground floor. Excellent cocktails at reasonable price. Food & beverage in main restaurant or rooftop bar is terrible. Poor service, poor quality and not a good experience. I have tried it 4 times since they opened. Def not 5 star.

Fairly recent addition to the Miri Waterfront. Upscale and well maintained. The pool is spectacular. Really refreshing and great views of the waterfront. The poolside bar is only open on weekends but you can order with the towel desk other days. Also has a nice gym with a workout room and another filled with cardio equipment. If you get a chance, get a massage at the spa. Super nice. They have Tuesday specials including 2 for 1 couples massage. Body scrub very nice too. They have a small bar on the premises but drinks are pricey. Lots of good restaurants within a short walking distance.

Excellent Hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable to sleep in. The pool and spa area is great to relax and chill with outstanding views of Miri waterfront. Overall an excellent hotel.

I love this hotel lobby with height and wide area. Modern ambience. The food serve in Pullman Kitchen taste good. You can have chit chat and drinks coffee at the cafe in lobby (forgot the name). Until now I still remember the salmon serve in lunch set that we have in Pullman Kitchen. So nice. The room is big enough (I stayed in deluxe room). Suitable for both family or business trip.

My 1st visit to Pullman Miri in 2016, the croissant is flaky on the outside, soft n fluffy on the inside. Best croissant in Malaysia. My 2nd visit to Pullman Miri in 2017, the corissant is very avg. Taste and look like packed food. Great accommodation. 1 comment — white carpet in room looks dirty.

Location is very nice, the hotel oversees the entrance to Sg. Baung from the sea. Located within Miri city providing easy access to all facilities within the city. Interior, the ambient environment is quite peaceful and clean. With friendly hotel staffs ready to assist with anything required for the stay.

Great Great Value for Money Unarguably spacious lobby, rooms and all amenities (including swimming pool). Just take standard room and you’ll feel like having higher-rate room. I didn’t have cance to try the breakfast, yet I believe at least it’s on par with Pullman’s standard. Morning view on the beach through wide window will certainly offer relaxing atmosphere.

Customer Service especially the check in needs to be improved 10 folds. No one even bothered to offer welcome drinks while standing in line nor right till the end even. The other staff seen lounging luggage were efficient and friendly.

Stayed for one night and enjoyed the stay. The room was spacious and had a nice view. Absolutely all for the SIX Sports channels offered, allowed me to catch the Merseyside and Manchester derby last night by just staying in the room. One area for improvement was if they can provide Lan cable for me to work from my room.

Great hotel in the middle of city centre. Lovely swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi on 7th floor with amazing views of city and sea. Morning buffet breakfast is very cheap with only 38 ringgits. Bar is also available with happy hours. Luggage storage also available.

This is definitely THE WORST 5-star hotel you could have find in this world. Wedding ceremony for canceled due to balckout… should you want your once in a lifetime event to be ruined, PULLMAN IS THE BEST CHOICE! pls re-rate it to 1 star instead of 5-star… even 1 star hotel can do better. Shame on u pullman.

4D3N Stay — Deluxe room 1. Large, comfortable and updated modern lobby. 2. Super Efficient and very helpful staff. 3. Room is spacious, tastefully designed and has a great view. Never slept on such a comfortable bed! 4. Very close to nearby cafes and local restaurant (less than 3 min walk) 5. Free complimentary parking & Wi-Fi!

Enjoyed a lot. Especially the sea view n complimentary drinks was totally fun.

Actually it is a nice hotel. Very modern, nice infinity pool, nice gym, a plentiful breakfast and nice personnel. But when you go in detail, it is just not enough to have everything in shape during the opening, but you have to mentain it. In the sauna area were no books for your clothes and towels. And you had nothing to do a brew. It got obvious that the sauna culture is not of Asian tradition. Although there was a bar at the pool the drinks had to be ordered by the staff from the nearby spa at the restaurant in the ground floor, which took forever. There was no one serving the bar. The water in the shower did not run off. So it stood under water for some time. For a 4**** hotel there are enough things to improve.

International class hotel. Everything is there, a classic view, swimming pool, restaurant n bar, lobby environment is great, parking lots is not a problem and foremost is the friendly frontline staff.

Very nice hotel after all. Good location and you can easily get a Grab/Uber for those who is not driving. Very big lobby full of natural light. Room is big and bed is comfort. Check in check out was smooth. Concierge welcomes the hotel guests with smile, front desk answered to my inquiry professionally. The view from level 7 is breathtaking. Breakfast is average and I had a great stay there.

My regular trips. Swimming pool very dirty. Room condition is good as usual.

I love the make up of the room. Very well done, practically done especially for the business traveller. Great view overlooking the river, a golf course and the south china sea. Location is walking distance from restaurants, banks and malls.

Great place to stay. Not much variety on the breakfast meals. You will have the same menu for several days.

Unlike any other hotels and despite the 90% empty car parking spaces, it is only free for in house guests but not restaurant customers.

A decent five star hotel, quite new in Miri, Sarawak as I write this. High quality spacious rooms, good morning breakfast buffet.

Huge rooms with nice bathroom and bathtub. Nice facilities, huge local and western buffet selection for breakfast! Probably the best hotel in Miri since its newly built and very clean with friendly staff. Also the bread at the cafe downstairs is 50% off on weekends!

This new elegant hotel at heart of the city. Very convenient to bussiness & leasure trip stay. Management very open to customers need & feedback to improve much more. Don't forget to chill out at "Drinking APE" bar as this place so cosy for personal as well as bussiness discussions. Weekend liveband is Spl. Attraction too. (Bonus is always on happy hours everyday).

Guest rooms are modern and good size, but looks can be deceiving: Room was extremely noisy. Sounds from the hallways, and even from within other rooms enter the room as if there are no walls in between. Room temperature can effectively not be controlled. Whatever I changed in the thermostat, nothing happened. Room was too cold, so I tried turning off a/c with no results. When you leave the room, all electricity gets deactivated, so no way you can charge devices while going to the gym or anything. Internet speeds are very slow. And water stays cold very long: it takes minutes to warm up! Finally, the cleanliness of the room has room fro improvement. It seems focus is more on appearance of cleanliness than actual cleaning. (Replace a perfectly fine soap bar used only once, but not cleaning some what looked to be dried spilled soda — from the previous guest — on the floor). Going on to food: breakfast buffet has a lot of choices, as is normal in Asia. Problem at the Pullman Miri is that nothing seems to get filled up. It gets prepared by whenever the buffet opens, and if it runs out you're out of luck. The stuff that doesn't run out stays in the heaters so long that it is dry and looks gross if you come for breakfast after 9. The coffee machine regularly broke down, and requesting coffee from a member of staff would get you the requested coffee in about 10-20 minutes. Other service was extremely slow as well.

Very nice place to stay. The lobby is one of the most spacious we've been staying. The only issue is inconsistency. First time here, we were only given one keycard. 2nd time, no room slippers (which is unforgivable? ) and we're not given the breakfast coupon on check-in. The food in the kitchen is top notch. Again, the only problem is inconsistency. Anyway, great to stay here.
