We stayed at Sheraton Kuching to celebrate our 8th wedding anniversary, and it was a memorable experience from start to finish.
The check-in process was smooth and efficient.

I have delayed my positive review of the hotel (yes, it is great, highly recommended) because I was waiting for a refund following a simple miscommunication error regarding some charges.

We honeymooned at Gaya Island for 7 nights and had the most amazing experience. If you are after a relaxed, friendly atmosphere that doesn't feel too over the top this is the place for you.

Amazing rooms and views, but I had some issues with the service. We got locked out of our room and we were unable to reach the phone to the receptionist… which was in the room.

There were a few rooms, ours stated it was a shared bathroom bedroom during booking, but it wasn't. Only the room above us was air conditioned. Everything was comfortable.

Great value for money! The owner is very friendly, the view is beautiful, and there are even some cute cats around. It’s also convenient for elderly guests since there aren’t too many stairs.

I stayed at the Ormond Sandakan for 4D3N, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained.

Ormond hotel was perfect. The hospitality was amazing. As vegetarians my daughter and I have been catered for with care and attentiveness.

We love staying here eventho we're local too. Half of my family stayed here the night before my wedding day. Very convenient.

Located near the airport, just about 10 minutes drive.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable where we were able to walk to KK Waterfront for sunset and fresh market for fresh seafood in just a few minutes, and there are tons of great local restaurants

Excellent stay at Hilton Kota Kinabalu. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, but the standout feature for me was the bed.

The staff here are the best, so unbelievably friendly and helpful with personal recommendations. I stayed for 4 nights and it felt like home!

Had a great stay at Jesselton Quay Premier Suites. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the sea and city.

Disappointing that weren't told pool & gym being restored with no visible. Woŕk in progress. 1hr 10min drive in traffic to nearby hotel pool that was no where near comparable standard.

From Sales & Marketing team, Event team, Banquet team, F&B, Front Desk team and management. All sector is excellent! And very helpful & dedicated staff.

I really enjoyed staying at this apartment. It’s very spacious and comfortable, which made it feel relaxing and not cramped at all.

Stayed a week for my dads operation in KPJ.

As we were with a 3&5 year old we didn’t have the courage sadly for the treehouses. The family lodge had six beds in two rooms and was basic but functional. Part of the rainforest charm.

I had a wonderful stay at Permai Rainforest Resort. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The cabins were clean and tidy.

One of the best hotels I ever been to! When I took a walk around the place I was stunned by the feel! It felt like walking through a forest. The staff is very helpful.

While the Marriott Hotel Kota Kinabalu shows some signs of wear, it's the talented and dedicated staff that makes the difference here.

I stayed at Tune Hotel 1 Borneo for 2 nights. The location is very strategic as it is located inside 1 Borneo Hypermall, making it easy to find food, shop, and access many nearby stores.

This is my first time staying at Tune Hotel 1borneo for 3 days and I highly recommend it for everyone to stay here.

Had a very pleasant stay here. One of the unique resort to stay in Malaysia and the best resort to stay in Kuching Sarawak considering its affordable price.

Gayana Marine Resort is an idyllic place to spend time and relax.

We had a wonderful stay at Gayana for my friend’s birthday. She even received a complimentary birthday dessert, which was a pleasant surprise.

Classy, comfortable and clean hotel rooms. Reasonable rate. Good service from the staffs as well. Location is perfect, don't have to worry about food. Plenty of eateries around.

The hotel is old, but clean. The amneties could use some upgrades, but neverthe less, I love the cotton linens, freshly laundered smell. Nearby Halal food eateries are not that many.

Very good city hotel with a clean and comfortable room. The bed was cozy, facilities were well maintained, and the overall stay was pleasant and relaxing.

Vincent and Jason are superb on the front desk, very helpful and great service the whole stay.
This area is much quieter than the busy areas which is nice.

My first intention on last Saturday was to bring my family and kids to the Damai Beach for picnic by the beach.

Straightforward and Honesty, once we enter the area, we greet by the kind services, we parked our car and got the service to take out item from our trunk.

Amazing hotel to stay in Kuching. Right in the middle close to the city centre by grab as well as the airport. You can also get a bus to see the rehabilitation centre for Orang-utans.

3 floor building. There is a lift.
Ground floor next to the reception you have Hot/Cold water dispenser, rice cooker, microwave, Air fryer.

We really appreciated our time in Marco Polo, the best experience in Borneo!
It felt like a family, Sam and Jane are so cute, place it's cozy and the atmosphere it's so warm.

This is a really good hostel in Kuching. The owner is very friendly, always willing to help with activities in the area, and even takes the time to show genuine interest in her guests.

The hotel is very nice. It doesn't feel like three star more like four or five. The staff is very nice.

The location is very close to the airport and Tanjung Aru Beach, with a nearby local supermarket offering very affordable prices. Best of all, the rooftop pool offers breathtaking views!

A good hotel with a great spacious room. Panoramic view from the roof of the city, and from the pool — of the runway of the planes. Breakfasts are simple, but they are brought directly to the room.
