The Good; staff are very friendly and responsive. The food was good and all seemed made to order — apart from the breakfast buffet. The room was comfortable and aircon worked well.

Lovely stay. Rooms are comfortable with a terrace and aircon. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food simple but lovely. Perfect place to stay for our visit to the sun bear and orangutan centre.

We honeymooned at Gaya Island for 7 nights and had the most amazing experience. If you are after a relaxed, friendly atmosphere that doesn't feel too over the top this is the place for you.

Amazing rooms and views, but I had some issues with the service. We got locked out of our room and we were unable to reach the phone to the receptionist… which was in the room.

There were a few rooms, ours stated it was a shared bathroom bedroom during booking, but it wasn't. Only the room above us was air conditioned. Everything was comfortable.

Great value for money! The owner is very friendly, the view is beautiful, and there are even some cute cats around. It’s also convenient for elderly guests since there aren’t too many stairs.

I stayed at the Ormond Sandakan for 4D3N, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained.

Ormond hotel was perfect. The hospitality was amazing. As vegetarians my daughter and I have been catered for with care and attentiveness.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable where we were able to walk to KK Waterfront for sunset and fresh market for fresh seafood in just a few minutes, and there are tons of great local restaurants

Excellent stay at Hilton Kota Kinabalu. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, but the standout feature for me was the bed.

Disappointing that weren't told pool & gym being restored with no visible. Woŕk in progress. 1hr 10min drive in traffic to nearby hotel pool that was no where near comparable standard.

Stayed a week for my dads operation in KPJ.

As we were with a 3&5 year old we didn’t have the courage sadly for the treehouses. The family lodge had six beds in two rooms and was basic but functional. Part of the rainforest charm.

I had a wonderful stay at Permai Rainforest Resort. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The cabins were clean and tidy.

The hotel is old, but clean. The amneties could use some upgrades, but neverthe less, I love the cotton linens, freshly laundered smell. Nearby Halal food eateries are not that many.

While the Marriott Hotel Kota Kinabalu shows some signs of wear, it's the talented and dedicated staff that makes the difference here.

I stayed at Tune Hotel 1 Borneo for 2 nights. The location is very strategic as it is located inside 1 Borneo Hypermall, making it easy to find food, shop, and access many nearby stores.

This is my first time staying at Tune Hotel 1borneo for 3 days and I highly recommend it for everyone to stay here.

This area is much quieter than the busy areas which is nice.

My first intention on last Saturday was to bring my family and kids to the Damai Beach for picnic by the beach.

Straightforward and Honesty, once we enter the area, we greet by the kind services, we parked our car and got the service to take out item from our trunk.

Amazing hotel to stay in Kuching. Right in the middle close to the city centre by grab as well as the airport. You can also get a bus to see the rehabilitation centre for Orang-utans.

Ground floor next to the reception you have Hot/Cold water dispenser, rice cooker, microwave, Air fryer.

This is a really good hostel in Kuching. The owner is very friendly, always willing to help with activities in the area, and even takes the time to show genuine interest in her guests.

The hotel is very nice. It doesn't feel like three star more like four or five. The staff is very nice.

The location is very close to the airport and Tanjung Aru Beach, with a nearby local supermarket offering very affordable prices. Best of all, the rooftop pool offers breathtaking views!

A good hotel with a great spacious room. Panoramic view from the roof of the city, and from the pool — of the runway of the planes. Breakfasts are simple, but they are brought directly to the room.
