Great time stay in Hilton, the Staff very helpful and Morning breafast is delicious.

The services provided by your staff were exceptional, and the warm hospitality shown to me throughout my stay made it truly memorable. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing me with a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

A very clean and comfortable room. Efficient, pleasant and helpful staff. The food is just great too!

Bad food served. I ordered chicken tikka masala with rice. The chicken is bland. Rice is hard. Overall, the food served at their urban kitchen was unpalatable. Not to forget the freaking expensive parking ticket.

I won’t recommend any friend come here for lunch, dinner, beverages here because you charged RM10 for parking ticket. This is worse experience here and strongly won’t recommend any friend and won’t come here anymore. Have a dinner here rm500++ and extra pay rm80 for car parking ticket.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and classy. The foyer is absolutely stunning. Staff are friendly and always trying to help you and nothing is any drama for the staff here. Highly recommended this hotel.

Great location in the heart of KK. Nice ambience as you walk in, modern and contemporary and somewhat intimate atmosphere. Rooms have nice amenities, with everything you need, conveniently located and the large 50 / 55” TV with decent channel selections of news and sports. Most impressive is the quality of service provided by all the staff, always making you feel welcomed, marks the Hilton standard that most will come to expect. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks again for the great hospitality.

My first time here and I can say that Most friendly Hilton in whole Malaysia …. Warm welcome and room was upgraded (tip top) friendly staffs and helpful with anything I requested without disappointment, From front desk Sylver, Sara, Alistair, Abby, Feizal and also lounge friendly ms Badaria were doing their best to fulfill my request. Great Job 👏 guys! And Last, the Ramadan buffet really amazing! See u again! And Again for sure.

Thank you, Hilton Kota Kinabalu for our anniversary arrangement. Simple yet elegant. There was a chocolate cake and it tastes delicious😋 It beautiful small cake but it more than enough for us. They gave us extra bottles of water, and 2 sets of Crabtree and Evelyn toiletteries on the day of the arrangement. Actually, we requested it upon arrival, but they missed out our request. We called the staff on duty about the matter, and she make it correct to do the arrangement on the next day. We love it. Thank you very much, Hilton! We enjoyed our 4 days 3 nights stay. Room was nice, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast tastes good with different menu everyday. We love chicken grill with blackpepper sauce served during breakfast.

Staff is friendly and helpful with arrangement. Food is tastey, service is good. Romantic and cozy atmosphere giving me peaceful of mind. Highly recommend will come again Thanks hilton providing excellent service and surprised me with this delicious desert for celebrating our anniversary.

Many customer complained food no refil for the buffets. Said the seafoods but no prawn, lobster at all. 8pm informed no more refill. Cost about RM168 … only eat chicken please changing hillton.

I am a tourist. I travel while looking for something interesting. I really like the steak. Every trip I will find a restaurant that sells steaks. I have dinner with my wife. Rooftop poolside grill and bar is the best restaurant. Black angus prime rib (medium) is the most delicious in the country I've ever visited. Thanks to staff ms Atul for recommed the steak. The best service is provided by Ms Atul. A never-ending smile to all the guests and friendly with everyone. I hope next trip I can taste delicious steak and service like this!

Value for money, world class accommodation. Easy check in process, ample parking lots, located at the heart of the city. Have a wide range of amenities especially the pool was fantastic. Breakfast varieties are applauded, food served are delicious. The room was extremely comfortable, both shower and toilet are good. However during our stay, this hotel is quite crowded with a lot of guests especially international travellers from China and Korea checked in. After a while, the climate of the hotel looked like it's not a premium hotel anymore. More like cheap hotel. The restaurant that served breakfast, their staffs were extremely hardworking but maybe overworked and understaffed. During our breakfast, there are 2 plates fell and broke because of their carelessness maybe. Our dirty plates were slow to be taken and I took self effort to give them myself.

The meal prices are cheaper than most countries, the people are friendly and most speak English. The down side is the many customs and courtesies as well as tourist taxes imposed on us. The hotel bar was closed by management. The only place to go was waterfront and it was so crowded there, you can't sit and relax at all. This place just didn't have anything to offer other than some tours and drinking. Very disappointing. Only reason why I give this place 2 stars versus 1 is the decent prices of food thanks to the power of the U. S. Dollar. Don't vacation here.

We held a company event last week. The service and supporting from staff is superb! With their nice and classy food as well.

The newest 5 stars Hotel in KK located at Asia City. Visit the lounge at 1st floor and like it a lot. Very comfortable. Tried the dinner buffet, food is nice. Worth the money.

Usual Hilton fare. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Buffet spread is good, but crowded buffet. Too many tourists. Close to night market. A few kilometers from. The docks.

A very nice hotel. Room was large and of high quality. The view out the window of my room, on the other hand, was lousy. Furthermore, the hotel location was nothing to boast about. However, breakfast was sumptuous. All in all, four out of five!

It was a very pleasant experience we we're looked after from checked in to check out.
There are good selections of food at the breakfast buffet.
The room are well maintained, the swimming pool is very good. The food in the Bar Grill is top notch.
We will definitely stay at the same hotel should we go back at AKota Kinabalu again.

Enjoyed a great buffet dinner at Urban Kitchen tonight. Working staffs were very friendly and professional. Especially the chef who was serving me food from appetizer to dessert. They have variety of seafood which a seafood lover like me could never resist. Most of all they serve free coconut water! I am very pleased with both the food and the service.

At the Rotary Club of Penampang's Installation Night yesterday, the food wasn't up to the Hilton's standard. The winter melon in the soup, and the potatoes in the beef (stew? ) were undercooked. Cabbage dish was also a tad raw. The kitchen needs to buck up. Also need to improve on the sound system, too. But I must commend on the service, as from the ground floor, the banquet hall, right up to the parking staff, all served politely and with friendliness. This is the kind of service we need in this industry, and I hope as Hilton KK progresses, the service will continue to be hospitable, and better.

A newly built Hilton opened in Jan 2017. No sea view room available, breakfast was ok.
Room sound prove was no good. Funny story is the door lock was went wrong when I first checked in, problem is I can not open my room with my key card, but staff's card can.
Only place you can get the sea view is roof top pool. The bar and grill by the pool side was average, martini was served with plastic cup, which was very interesting…
