This package includes:

Day 1:
-Pick up from SDK Town at 10:30
-Transfer to Banana café, SJR for lunch
-After lunch, a leisurely drive to Bilit (about a 2.5 hour journey)
-Approximately arrive at 15:00 to Bilit Adventure Lodge. Check-in is followed by tea break.
-By 16:00, departure for afternoon 2-hour river cruise followed by dinner
-Guests will stay overnight at Bilit Adventure Lodge (lunch and dinner are inclusive)

Day 2:
-Wake up at 05:30
-Depart for an hour's morning river cruise, followed by breakfast
-Activities thereafter include a guided jungle walk.
-Lunch will be provided back at the lodge
-Departure for second river cruise along the Kinabatangan River
-Dinner and overnight stay at Bilit Lodge (breakfast, lunch and dinner are inclusive)

Day 3:
-Departure from Bilit to Sandakan by 8:30 hrs
-Drop off at Sandakan Town/Sandakan Airport

Note:
- Guests are recommended to arrive in Sandakan before 11:00 on the arrival date.
- Guests are advised to book an afternoon flight on the departure date. Unscheduled transfer will lead to a surcharge.
- A night walk and tree planting can be arranged at an additional cost.

It features traditional wooden lodges on stilts with air conditioning and forest views. They also offer window and a small seating area. The en suite bathroom comes with hot shower facilities. A mosquito net is provided.

Located along the Kinabatangan River, Bilit Adventure Lodge is situated amid a tropical landscape filled with native wildlife. It offers simple accommodation and is a 2.5 hour drive from Sandakan Town and Airport.

It is a 2-hour drive to Sepilok Orang Utan Sanctuary and a 2.5 hour drive to the Australian Memorial Park and Sandakan Crocodile Farm.

Bilit Adventure Lodge has a tour desk where day trips and activities can be arranged. Local delights can be enjoyed at the on-site restaurant. Luggage storage is available.

Set between the edge of the jungle and the banks of the river kinabatangan, this is a great place. I opted for the 3 day 2 night package and loved every minute! Good food, great service, well guided trips, what more can I say?! One of the great ideas is that for 10 ringgits you can plant a tree and give something back to the forest and, like I plan to do, go back in a few years and watch its progress! Cant recommend it more.
