We shared at the InterContinental Almaty for 5 nights during our visit to Almaty.
Our rooms were comfortable, and spacious.
The service of all the staff was very nice, and warm.

The rooms are slightly outdated, but they still give a luxurious and comfortable feel. The staff is very friendly, polite, and helpful, which makes a big difference in the overall experience.

Good hotel in a central neighborhood of Almaty. My room was clean and quiet, with complimentary bottled water and a small hospitality tray with a tea kettle.

Safe, friendly and well located in Almaty. Was there for two nights as a start into my Stan-States trip and was not disappointed.

Comfy room, especially by comparison to der establishments, but nothing to shout about. Location is a winner for me as it is near a metro and not too far to the airport. Superb breakfast.

The front desk staff were very kind, the breakfast was great, and the location is easily accessible—simply perfect!

IT is tinyyy and without Windows but an funny experience. I was the only non-japanese/korean there. Very silent and clean. Negative is that I could Not regulate the air cpnfition in my tiny room.

I was there for an event, but it was well set up with old style hotel. It was cozy with the cold winter outside. The staff freindly and helpful.

Staff doesn't speak English. You have to download Russian in Google Translate. Lobby located at the back. Room is very clean. Lots of restaurant. Easy to take bus.

We are located in this hotel. This is truly a wonderful place to relax. Quiet and cozy, you don’t even want to leave, everything is like home, thought out to the smallest detail.

A intimate hotel with high-quality finishing. VERY spacious rooms. The room is fully equipped with everything you need. Cleaning every day. Everything is clean and tidy.

The hotel is large and fairly clean, but it’s quite far from the city center and takes some time to get there. We stayed here while waiting for our flight and paid extra for early check-in.

The Ritz this place is not, so if that’s where your budget and expectations are, it’s not a place you’ll enjoy. Its quaint, old fashion, tucked away, in so many ways, its Kazakhstan.

Old Sovjet hotel with lots of history within its walls. It has definitely seen better days but its a cool hotel to stay in, although it seems to be a little empty.

This was our last stop hotel from the 5 Stans tour with Lupine Travel. This hotel is very spacious, Soviet like atmosphere with dark hardwood furniture. Water stations on every floor which was nice.

Very far from the center of Almaty. There was no hot water, there was no kettle in the room, the rooms were cozy, clean but small, breakfast was 3.5.

When I arrived at this hotel, I was pleased to find the room spotlessly clean. Housekeeping did a great job, with the room being cleaned daily, including fresh towels.

The room was decent for that price. Friendly and helpful staff. But the location is quite not safe for female travellers, the road is dark.

I arrived in Almaty, searching for a hostel took a little time, I found Nomad, I really liked it, now upon arrival in your city, I know where it’s warm and cozy to spend the night!

We booked seven rooms for a group of children (12 years old) attending a tournament and were very pleased with our choice of this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located, not far from the airport. The rooms are super clean and new; it feels like we were the first ones to stay there. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Very helpful receptionists, room and kitchen is clean. Great location for you to get those attractions easily by walk. From railway station Almaty only 2.5km.

One of the best place to stay. One might find a need for extra restrooms. Staff is polite and friendly. Best part they accomodate my early check in request. Such a humble gestures goes a long way.

A lovely well stocked apartment. New, modern beautiful, super clean, western toilet, great kitchenette, big TV, A/C. And everything works.

Very clean, large room, very quiet, very safe, very modern. Half way between downtown tourist sites and Almaty Airport. No Wi-Fi. Great value.
