We booked a Comfort room with 2 rooms, with a mini-kitchen, arrived at night, checked into the room, didn't really look at it, went to bed!

I spent 4 nights at Rahat Palace (April 21–25, 2026) during a business trip with key partners, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Our room was super nice with a walk-in shower and large bathroom. The room had an in-room safe, refrigerator, and hot water pot. A large desk area with ample plugs for electrical equipment.

We got a very spacious and comfortable suite for a very good price. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with mostly local dishes which were very tasty.

I stayed here during the Marathon event and the location was perfect — very convenient and close to the starting area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

I stayed at Resident Kazybek Bi Hotel, Almaty for 5 nights, and I can confidently say this has been one of my best stays in the city so far.

Comfortable stay. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Friendly front desk. Breakfast had limited options specially for vegetarians. Overall, nice experience.

Of course the cleanliness is, as always, at the highest level. But it’s worth replacing the robes, towels and all these little things. Change the plumbing. Everything has an expiration date 🤷‍♀️

The whole impression of the hotel was spoiled after, upon check-out, they demanded money from me for the minibar, which I did not use.

It's one of my favorite hotels in Almaty. The receptionists and staff are friendly and polite, especially Ms. Ayaulym and Aiganym.

I often travel through Almaty. Last time I stayed at this hotel twice. First time in a double room (with a colleague). In my opinion the room is 3 stars.

There is a hairdresser in the basement, and a wonderful hairdresser named Indira works there! Great experience and quality of hairdressing services! And you can get all this for a very modest price!
