We arrived at the hotel with fabulous expectations and after having made our reservations back in 2019, we were expecting everything to go super smooth! However, upon arrival we had to wait for 4 hours before checking in as there were no rooms available! This was still OK since we realised there is a demanding customers and long queues. After we waited and showed understanding, we were originally promised a sea view room, which the staff and management at reception “kindly” rejected as those weren’t available either… After waiting for another 1 hour and 30 minutes (after the original first 4 hours) we weren’t still allocated the sea view. We arrived at room after waiting endlessly around the pool during the day to be provided ANY service at all weather drinks or food, however staff was just hustling around the bar with no direction. All customers were complaining around the pool. We waited for more than an hour to receive an order of drinks and food. Then we queued again patiently another 10mins at the bar to be told food needs to be ordered only if you are seated at a table, however there was no one to serve you at the table. This is not to blame the serving staff 100%, it’s the system they have in place. Then we went to our room where a faulty iron and ironing board was provided. This resulted in burning my dress in seconds as the iron temp was blocked and the knob would not move. A member of staff promised the manager will be in touch the morning after.

Poorly organized long services as not much staff. Otherwise friendly staff.

Superb place staff at the top… After spending the day at the private beach which is great we were disturbed by several people installed 4 m from us who spent an afternoon party with their mobile phone music to the full. I would have appreciated if one of the people attached to the beach asked them to put on headphones and not to sing as if they were alone in the world. Our day could have been at the top…

In search of a beach, a little away from the beaches of Cannes. We went to the beach of the pullman Hotel. Just great.
Good welcome, service and plagiarist at the top, pleasant and clean place.
Not excessive for the Côte d'Azur.

Nice hotel on the water. Pricey as is most places in this area. The casino is OK. A Fairly convenient location 15 minutes from Cannes. Very good service.

Very nice for spending a weekend, with a nice beach this hotel is family friendly, the terrace rooms with sea views is fine! The bedding at the perfect bathroom is great against it the lighting for this make-up is non-existent. The restaurant is fine, and the casino nice.

Very well located hotel compliant with a 4 star. Bedding super room at the top nothing to say; Friendly friendly pro staff; I put 4 out of 5 because only small downside is that access to the pool is paid for the price it should be included
Otherwise the casino juxtaposed with the hotel is top notch.
Parking valet paid but for info there is enough to park not far from the hotel for free thing we did.

Can you say "très chic"? I found myself, in a very round about way, staying at this hotel back in November of 2010. Took me long enough to write the review, I know… but I guess you can chuck it up to too much traveling ever since then. The hotel was remarkable. The "ooh-la-la-iest" hotel at which I've ever stayed, and I was the guest of a guest, so my stay was free. On that point, I can't really say if my "Euro" was well spent, but if I'd had as many Euros as they were charging, then I would say yes. However, when I happened to find out the price of the room in which we were staying it said it was over 600 euro a night: Sacrebleu! is right. The view was incredible, one of the most enchanting things about the hotel — but not the only thing. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud hand woven by angels who use marshmallows as their sewing string. The room was beyond comfortable: carpeted floors, long curtains, BIG bathroom with a tub and shower. I think two or three mirrors — one large and two small ones to see all those nasty problem areas of your face in magnified vision. Comfy towels, and they even had cotton bathrobes with the hotel's name branded on it. I think they were around 75 euro if you wanted to buy one. I even had the opportunity to order room service, and eat the delicious food on the heavenly bed. The TV was plasma (of course!

Nice decent sized rooms that are quiet and clean. Food from restaurant and room service were good and reasonably priced.

Everything is perfect. Pool Restaurant Beach Casino! Just a little pricey to go back often but Bravo for the quality of all your products served. A reference of a good past day.

Hotel which deserves its 4 stars, the rooms are spotless, the small balcony with sea view is the big plus. The restaurant has a nice view, the kitchen is fine but few vegetarian choices. The breakfast when it is superb.

Good location at the water's edge.
On the other hand it is the first time that I see that the sunbeds of the pool and the beach are paying for the guests of the hotel!
And €10 a pint of beer!
The rates are higher than the beaches of La Croisette!

Nice Hotel near Cannes. Only stayed one night but I can recommend the hotel's "Blue Lemon" restaurant. The quality of food was very good for dinner. I also was very happy with the breakfast which offered a very good variety of high quality food and several fresh fruit juices. I also want to highlight the friendly and helpful staff at the restaurants, especially during breakfast. Rooms are good, but start to age already. The beach is typically Côte d'Azur, but I was there beginning of May so no people and no need to pay for sunbathing. In summer those sunbeds are quite expensive, even for hotel guests (still, prices are normal for Côte d'Azur).

Very nice Hotel, very spacious and spotless rooms, I had a great room. Located on the seafront offers a beautiful view of Cannes. Everything was perfect, also recommended the restaurant and breakfast. For those who want to dare the casino is at the hotel's intent.

This is the third time I sleep in this hotel for work, so I never really have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful setting but I am each time amazed by the comfort of the beds that make me think of a small cloud and buffet mode meals that are Both varied and full of flavors. The staff is very professional. I'm not used to this kind of hotel so I put 5 *, for lack of being able to compare with establishments of the same class. Thank you!

Drink a coffee in front of the sea, great! On the other hand the waitress did not bring us an ashtray, and the water was not fresh, hence my star in less. It's just details, but it doesn't hurt.

The hotel is great. The rooms are spacious the beds very comfortable and the bathroom great. But first of all say that I was disappointed that I did not have parking included and that I leave it at the hotel outside 15 euros a day. At least you could say that when you book. However there are free parking a few blocks away. Another negative thing is the TV that does not have smart TV. The room was very good.

We had booked for a bachelor party with bottles a week in advance and phone once on Saturday morning to complete everything with the club, we were denied entry once before at 1:00 a. M. By two fools taking themselves for C Owboy, leaving people in front of us surely minors or more favorable assets… We were more with a handicapped person who had made the trip to participate with friends and family… Short really disappointed to have to return so early when it is an event that must be make the evening festive and friendly…

Good restaurant, decent room, nice views, attention to your savings if you let yourself be tempted by the casino, you can lose very quickly €1000 per night.

The hotel is superb, the staff very nice, the bedding at the top. And the breakfast is simply extra. We have been there many times and we are never disappointed.

Nothing to say about the room, everything was perfect. The complaint concerns the restaurant. The current dining room is too small. The previous was nicer and friendlier. We have "diné with the next table", as in a cafeteria. We were denied a table a little further away, saying restraint. People never came. As for the meal, a real catastrophe. A brandade, which in fact was only a purée at €21 it's expensive for a mash not terrible to overgrow. Except for two bones, no cod! and desserts, baba or chocolate Tropezian!
This kitchen, generally is not worthy of a 4 star. We regretted not having Diné at La Napoule. If we go back to your hotel, we will no longer dine in this restaurant.
Accustomed to Accor hotels, we were particularly disappointed.

If you can get a room with an east facing balcony, the view is stunning. The food is good and the bar has a nice atmosphere.

I visited the hotel for a room rental for an event. Excellent reception. The rooms are spacious and practical and well equipped. The environment is superb with the direct view of the sea from the bar. Lots of parking places nearby. It's really ideal.

Nice combination the rooms are large and comfortable although you see that a bit of wear on le. Walls and. In some furnishings but the place is clean a nice breakfast but dear the restaurant room Sea view and splendid here is a sunrise in the photos for breakfasts.

I'm going for a business meeting. The location is great, it's right in front of the sea. The deckchairs are in the pool and then there is the sea immediately. Certainly not the sea of Corsica. We are in Cannes la Napoule and there is a decent supply of restaurants. The room is comfortable and the breakfast is plentiful and varied.

Very nice setting in the restaurant room for lunch, OK meal, but frozen dessert. Damage.

Still as pleasantly surprised located in Fla of Hill with a private beach ready from the harbour and the Château de napoule;
The hotel has a parking lot.
Several stays at the Pullman, each stay a pleasant surprise and the last date was the Upgrade.
And we used Room service and we found that it was perfect both at the service level and at the level of the dishes Offered.
The restaurant of the hotel is to be frequent at all Costs.
The rooms that overlook the sea are quieter and there is very good bedding.

I enjoy staying at the Pullman in Cannes Mandelieu. The welcome is warm, the whole team is listening, from check-in to check-out.
In addition I was able to benefit from an upgrade with a view of the Mediterranean

Comfortable, great location, beautiful pool beach area but a little tired.

Friendliness and efficiency. Attentive staff, superb decor, yet served by the architecture years 70 quite confusing at first glance. After that first contact, we're under the spell.

Hotel is quite fine. Somewhat secluded, room clean, prices for drinks and food extremely overpriced.

Food is pricy, room badly painted and has few broken things. Parking is either tricky or costly. Room cleaning/service is fantastic. It is far from city centre. The beach is not private and verry busy.

Beautiful hotel just outside the madness of Cannes. Beautiful pool and private beach. Food is very good quality and you are within walking distance of the little town of Mandelieu and its gorgeous marina. Highly recommended.
