Clean, recently renovated, decent plumbing, soft pillows.
My room (309) was very small and didn't match the website photo. The mattress was hard.

I would recommend this newly opened, small, clean boutique hotel if you are in Almty for business.

I spent 4 nights at Rahat Palace (April 21–25, 2026) during a business trip with key partners, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Our room was super nice with a walk-in shower and large bathroom. The room had an in-room safe, refrigerator, and hot water pot. A large desk area with ample plugs for electrical equipment.

They asked us to move from kitchen saying "the breakfast will start". We were not gonna try to get it free, it was rude. Also if we want, we can pay. Except for that, rooms were good.

I would definitely stay again in this hotel its very nice and clean, I would like to thank all receptionist they are very helpful and friendly but my only negative point is the entrance its very

Good Hotel and Neet Room. Not so far from town and there are many restaurants available nearby. Hotel has 24*7 restaurant, SPA and Gym. Room is very neat and all the amneties are available.

I had a great experience at East Palace Hotel. The location was great for where I needed to go and accessible for taxis. The rooms were clean — bathroom and shower was nice.

During our checkin around 2am morning we are so excited but exhausted and receptionist gave us wrong room which is not yet clean smelly and messy.

Very far from the center of Almaty. There was no hot water, there was no kettle in the room, the rooms were cozy, clean but small, breakfast was 3.5.

When I arrived at this hotel, I was pleased to find the room spotlessly clean. Housekeeping did a great job, with the room being cleaned daily, including fresh towels.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is excellent—just a 15‑minute walk to the Singapore Embassy and only 2 minutes to small grocery shops.

Thank you for the warm welcome and comfort. Now Da Vinci is more than just a hotel for me, it's a cozy little spot in a big city!

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and overall had a pleasant experience.

We had an amazing experience at the Hotel in July 2025. Its located at a prime spot with a lot of restaurants, malls and cafes nearby. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was a good spread.

I recently stayed in a beautifully elegant vintage hotel room that truly felt like stepping back in time — in the best way possible.

We got a very spacious and comfortable suite for a very good price. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with mostly local dishes which were very tasty.

I stayed here during the Marathon event and the location was perfect — very convenient and close to the starting area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Great location, simple rooms, but quite clean and tidy, there is shampoo, toothbrushes and everything you need. Tv. Breakfast is simple.

A lovely place with an amazing team. The receptionist called Dilyana is incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. Her positive attitude and care make a real difference.

I stayed three nights at this hotel. The reception staff was friendly. The room, including good bed, was comfortable and clean. Compared to some places, everything worked too!

Convenient location, everything was within walking distance for me. Beautiful, laconic design of the hall and room, clean bedding and bath amenities.

The rooms might not be very spacious but they are clean, renovated — well designed and offering everything you might needs.

The hotel is good and has a homey vibe. The food was okay and the staff were nice. However, one thing that really didn’t satisfy me was the internet connection. It was really bad and very annoying.

We stayed at the Grand Sapphire Hotel for almost a week and had a great experience. The room was clean—just a bit small—but the location made up for it, as it’s very accessible to many tourist spots.

The Ritz this place is not, so if that’s where your budget and expectations are, it’s not a place you’ll enjoy. Its quaint, old fashion, tucked away, in so many ways, its Kazakhstan.

Great hotel on top of the mountain with a wonderful view. To reach out the hotel, I needed to use cable car from Medeu parking area that will take approx. 1 hour.

My heart melting with the service here. My flight was midnight but the receptionist helping me and give me a seat to waiting. They re cleaness, kindness and welcoming me. No regrets to stay here.
