We rented a room from you:
A couple of days ago, we asked to be accommodated earlier because… arrives at night at 2:00
Check-in from 14:00 is understandable.
That is, 14:00 check-in — 12:00 next day check-out (it seems like everywhere else)
But it would have been possible to check in at 2 a. M. That’s understandable (an additional payment could have been taken), but not taken… ok.
On the same day we went for a walk, we come in the evening at 19:00 and they tell us, but your time has run out, payment is due at 17:00… What? We haven’t lived for a day yet, how can we do this? +another 17 thousand.
Total per day 35 thousand (guys… well, I would still agree if the rooms were really chic) ​​but no.
I ask for a response: the administrator did not give a sensible answer.

Cheap price hotel with no breakfasts. Shouting and door hammering noise at night. Not comfortable. Staff behaviour not as per standard. Wi-Fi available. Staff don't speak English.

Very little room. The price is incredibly high (65 000 tenge) comparing to later options that we found. But the staff is pretty gentle.

No Wi-Fi, no light at the bathroom.
Hotel host noticed me about price increase for booked room by over twice at the moment of arriving.
