Evergreen Hostel Metrostroevskaya

We booked an appartment at Evergreen Hostel. The location is very nice, the building is situated in a calm & green area. The appartments we had (we came twice) all were very comfortable. You get an equipped kitchen, a washing machine including powder & a drying rack. There is a balcony. We loved the water filter directly connected to the tap.
Breakfast downstairs is good & the café is nice for hanging out.
The staff is absolutely amazing. They speak English & are very friendly. We received help for booking train tickets & more.
Would absolutely recommend!

NOT the evergreen hostel (! ) lovely staff though, I got a free lemonade and pastry because I went to the wrong place and they felt sorry.

The café is very excellent, the service provided is beautiful, professional to the extreme, they have an employee named Arina with a professional style and excellent service, I recommend of that you order a cappuccino with various desserts from her. 😁

— cozy but fully equipped.
— one big room, separate bathroom, kitchen with good quality cutlery.

— very clean, cleaning is also done with high quality during longer stays.

— incredibly friendly staff.
— everyone speaks very good English.
— travel and tour tips are given.

— cafè has long opening hours and serves great quality tea, coffee, baked goods and sandwiches.
Suggestions for improvement.
— elevator would be nice.
— I'd have loved to try the granola with yoghurt breakfast, but it was never available.
All in all, great quality accommodation for very reasonable pricing, hospitable staff, clean rooms and excellent food.

Evergreen Apart is really one of the best choices to stay when attending an event in Atakent Expo. Rooms are clean and everyone in the receiption are very friendly, l they know how to speak in English very well. The apartment is near Atakent Mall, restaurants like Mcdonald’s and cafe like Starbucks.

3) They have an option to stay earlier at a very reasonable.

4) You can use their lounge to keep your luggage or just.
Stay there while waiting for your flight.

Stayed there almost for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, all the hosts were really welcoming and hospitable. Even the guests over there were really nice.

Very nice hostel in Almaty. The service is great and the rooms are good for what you pay for. It is a little bit of a quiet atmosphere, but that can be nice. The coffee shop owned by the hostel next door had the nicest employee who helped me figure out how to get a cab when I wasn't able to break a big tenge note. We had some fun using Google Translate to talk to each other and I will not forget her message, "I hope when I go somewhere that I cannot speak the language, someone nice will help me out. " I hope so too!

I recently stayed at Evergreen Hostel Almaty for one night, and I must say it exceeded my expectations, especially considering the price.
The first thing that struck me was the cleanliness. The dorm room and common areas were well-maintained. It's evident that the staff takes hygiene seriously, which is crucial in a shared accommodation setting.
What sets this hostel apart is the fantastic value you get for the price. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated having a personal locker to store my belongings securely. The free Wi-Fi worked well throughout the property.

We lived in Evergreen apartments last month and I was very pleased! The pros: 1. Adequate price. 2. Silence. 3. Fresh renovation and furniture. 4. The apartments are fully equipped with EVERYTHING you need for a long and comfortable stay: a kitchenette, a drinking water filter, dishes, a tea set, spices (salt, pepper) for cooking, towels, air conditioning (which is important in the Almaty heat), smart TV, comfortable bed, ironing board with iron, disposable toothbrushes with paste, towels for all parts of the body ☺️, disposable slippers and much more, the absence of which you would definitely notice, but this will not happen.
Also pleased with the pleasant and attentive to the guests administrator. The breakfast was delicious.
We decided to be frequent guests ;)

What a good hostel. Check-in can be done even after midnight, staff are very polite and helpful. The rooms are so comfortable and clean and the beds have curtains. They have spacious rooms with only 4 beds which I prefer. Bathrooms are VERY CLEAN for hostel standards.
I extended my stay for multiple days given how good it is.

Moved from another hostel D*. Am glad that I made the decision. The roommates are respectful of your area. The shower rooms and toilets are super clean — they have someone to clean the hostel daily. The bed is super comfortable and you have your own charging point, lamp, and a curtain for privacy. The locker is big to fit a backpack, and comes with a digital lock. Love the atmosphere there, especially the common area. There were a lot of Russians staying there but they are mostly respectful. The employees working there were helpful if you need any information; witnesses them helping a Japanese guy who also stayed at the hostel to get a Yandex and directed him how to go to Tashkent. Their price is a little on the high side, but for the cleanliness, standards of the bed, I would definitely pay to stay again! 💪🏻
