In the summer, the rooms are stuffy, the windows are open, it’s impossible to sleep at night, the noise of mopeds and cars.

Im stay this hotel. 4 days but when I leave hotel I forget my cash bag I take flight I cal them next day they ignore mi they not return my money near about 3000$ they not honestly person don't boom this hotel please not safe this place I offer them I give you 500$ please return my money they ignore mi because I lost my 2 month salary its first time bad experience.

Our flight landed early in the morning, and we reached the hotel around 3 am. There was no one at the hotel reception. We tried calling, but no one answered. We had to wait in the reception area from 3 am to 11 am. Even after that, no one came to assist us. We had to call using another guest's phone, and the receptionist finally arrived at 12 pm. It was a bad experience for me as a tourist in Kazakhstan.

Clean, comfortable, quiet hotel. Sanitary unit in the room. The kitchen is separate. In the kitchen you can heat up prepared food in the microwave. There is no stove for cooking. The location is good. You can quickly get to the center by bus. There are many markets nearby. No elevator. The staff is polite. The neighbors are not noisy. You can see the mountains from the kitchen window. I recommend it. Next time I will stay at this hotel.

Dear tourists and refugees, this hotel is your most extreme and desperate option. Look for others!
We arrived at 2 p. M. And they held our room for an hour, then they just threw the keys on the counter and continued to go about their business. The shower, about which a lot is written in the comments, is really amazing, you can pee and wash at the same time. The towels smell awfully like cigarettes, just a stinking smell. The walls are thinner than cardboard, I heard every word and sigh of the neighbors, plus the music of the cleaning ladies from their room 20 meters from the room. It's very cold inside the rooms, it's November outside, the radiators are a little warm.
Far from the center, which is very important, there are almost always red traffic jams at the exit.
The staff is an absolute and big minus, zero attention, zero welcome, the only thing that was noted was the smell of IQOS on the entire first floor.
Price does NOT equal quality, the price has been raised due to the flow of Russian refugees since the end of September. The hotel remained at the same low level.

The hotel is terrible, everything is dirty. There is hair in the bathroom. The administrator is terrible and rude. There was a toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom, but they were taken away. They didn't give me new ones. Bed linen was not changed. In 4 days they cleaned only once. And then they only took away the garbage. In general, I don't recommend it.
