Absolutely wonderful stay at Mildom Hotel – highly recommend! ★★★★★
I recently stayed at Mildom Hotel in the heart of Almaty and it exceeded all my expectations!

The room was spacious and came with a lovely city view. The hotel’s location is very convenient, with many tourist attractions within walking distance.

A lovely well stocked apartment. New, modern beautiful, super clean, western toilet, great kitchenette, big TV, A/C. And everything works.

Very clean, large room, very quiet, very safe, very modern. Half way between downtown tourist sites and Almaty Airport. No Wi-Fi. Great value.

The room was clean and cozy. They brought me a slow cooker upon request, and I checked in at 5 a. M.
The location was great; I had an event nearby, but I also had a wonderful walk downtown.

A mini-hotel with 6 rooms, if I'm not mistaken. It's located in the Medeu district, close to the mountains.

Quiet area, beautiful cozy house, very hospitable and helpful hosts, delicious breakfast. Everything is great.

I liked the breakfasts, the neighbors, the friendly atmosphere. The beds were comfortable. Overall, I liked everything; I'd stay there again.

I stayed for over a week. They are open 24 hours, the price is reasonable, the bed linen is clean every day, there is constant cleaning, good internet speed, and the staff is responsive.

Everything was very clean and beautifully decorated. The hotel was pleasant to look at and conveniently located near the bus station.
The other guests were very loud. It was noisy even at night.

The room was decent for that price. Friendly and helpful staff. But the location is quite not safe for female travellers, the road is dark.

I stayed at this hotel in Almaty, Kazakhstan, for 3 nights. It's a clean and safe place.

My heart melting with the service here. My flight was midnight but the receptionist helping me and give me a seat to waiting. They re cleaness, kindness and welcoming me. No regrets to stay here.

It's an old property. Little dining options. The bar serves only 1 type of draught beer. Need to upgrade services like my safe was not operational. Rooms are ok but the tubs are old fashioned.

The hotel is situated at the heart of the city. All the popular places can easily be accessed by here. The rooms are good and the hotel service and food quality is good.

I don't stay at the hotel (I just live around the corner) but use the restaurant/ bar fairly often Baymax, is a reasonable price and service.

The hotel is really huge. Rooms are very spacious. They provide everything from toileteries to slippers inside the room. The only problem was the service.

I was delighted with the hotel's wonderful and respectful attitude towards guests. A huge thank you to the staff (especially the receptionist, Gulmira) for such a warm welcome and hospitality.

Well located in a boulevard but a bit furthur away from the main bus terminal which organises day trips to the lakes area/zones.

Large comfortable bed, spacious (ceilings under 5 meters) and bright room. There is a sofa, chairs, table, wardrobe, kettle and bottles of water, which are brought every day.

The hotel is close to the center, but it's not within walking distance, but the logistics are good.

Great Thai massage! My boyfriend and I had a couples massage, which included a shower, massage, and a sauna.

The floor was cleaned in the room only after my request, after check-in.

Good hotel, the staff is nice, my forgot my iPad after check out, they keep it well for me.

We booked seven rooms for a group of children (12 years old) attending a tournament and were very pleased with our choice of this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located, not far from the airport. The rooms are super clean and new; it feels like we were the first ones to stay there. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Nice rooms but getting to the reception is challenge as its at 17th floor and 2 lifts are slow.
Got best terrace view and nice food for breakfast.
