The only 2 good things about this hotel are the receptionest his name is (Ali) and location… otherwise not good… if your not russian or kazash then you ll feel your not wellcome there.

Price.
— staff.
— comfortable bed.
— Wi-Fi (although it sometimes completely disappeared for a few minutes)
— dirty walls.
— tired fittings (entrance lock jammed, shower head hook dangled)

The location is good. The staff is friendly. The inside smells damp, and this is hazardous to health.

This hotel was the only satisfying accommodation place of my trip to Almaty.
Although the staff doesn't speak English, she was willing to communicate using a translation app.
Both the room and the bathroom were exceptionally clean and neat.
The only downside was its distance from the major spots within the city.

Room was not big but VERY CLEAN. Stuff is very helpful and friendly.
Hotel is new and convenient location.
