Vivaldi International Hotel

The very polite receptionists are always ready to help.
The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the furniture is new. Everything feels well-cared for. Even though check-in was supposed to be at 2:00 PM, we arrived at 8:00 AM, tired after an overnight flight. The receptionist gave us a room next to a vacant room so we could rest. When our room was ready, we moved in without any problems.
The hotel is located near a bus stop with connections to the most popular destinations.
I definitely recommend it 👍

2GIS has fake reviews, it's a disgusting 🤢 hotel. The rooms are dirty, the air conditioning barely works, and there's no water. They're sly, they knew there was no water and didn't even warn us about it when we paid for the room. At least they gave us bottles of water, and we at least washed our faces. No refunds, terrible service.

My husband and I came to a concert. We were checked in early without any problems. The room was clean and had everything we needed. They even managed to clean it and replace everything with new/clean ones, even though we only stayed overnight. Not every hotel or inn treats its guests so carefully.
And another huge plus: there's a wonderful cafe nearby.
Thank you so much, we'll definitely be back for a longer stay!
The only downside was that the shower was leaking, even though the doors were closed.

A very unpleasant stay. The room had a strong smell of paint, and there was no hot water for a whole day!

Drinks are expensive and most of the room have no windows and an ac that's turned off without a remote.

They charge for breakfast, but there's no breakfast!
We booked 8 so-called Deluxe rooms + 1 standard room for a group, and our guests were put in standard rooms. But I can't bring myself to call them Deluxe or Standard.
I tried to contact the hotel manager, but the staff won't give me a phone number under any circumstances. The manager is aware of all our complaints, but avoids talking to us.
This is the first time we've seen a hotel that doesn't value its reputation so much.
They charged us almost half a million for a two-day stay, with zero service.
This was our last reservation at this hotel.

The hotel is not bad, clean, and the staff is responsive to any requests. It's located not far from the center, near bus stops and several restaurants.
The soundproofing is very poor; you can hear karaoke music and sex in the other room, as if it were your own bed. There was no window in the room, so it was dark, and the lighting in the room itself was poor.

The most terrible hotel. The money was not returned. The treatment is rude. The deputy director does not resolve any issues. We waited for 6 hours.

Terrible! The guards of the creature can attack a person just like that. I don't recommend going there.

Excellent service, perfect rooms and hospitality. After 10 days of staying at the hotel, it’s even sad to leave. But we will definitely see you on our next trips to Almaty.
Hotel Vivaldi truly showed the face of the city from a positive side.

The service is terrible! The room is dirty, everything is old!
Upon arrival, I asked to prepare reporting documents in advance. 5 days have passed and nothing has been done! She reminded me 2 days before departure, asked for it to be ready at 8, waited another 1.5 hours! They never did! What a mess! Because of them, I was late for the plane, but I never received the documents!

We stayed for a day. Double room, clean, everything works. There are slippers, a set of towels, soap accessories, and a refrigerator. But ask in advance, I had a room with a window, there is another without windows… Dinner was in their own restaurant, with a separate entrance. Tasty breakfast. The location is not bad, if you go straight, we walked to Mega on Rozybakieva!

The impressions are very good… The establishment is cool. But one downside is that they don’t have chargers at all… If we take a charger with us, if like I forgot, then it will be difficult to go back home since my phone went off and they didn’t have a charger at all 🤦🤦😭😭

Horrible karaoke place. Rude administrator not letting our friend in. Some weird looking guys search though your stuff and clothes.

I celebrated my birthday there and it was the worst. The security ruins everything; they didn’t even let some guests in for their own unknown reasons, because they didn’t want to give them money. The reasons are always different, sometimes they are over 23 years old, sometimes people who are smaller than them are rude to them, sometimes they just don’t like them, and TD… But they may not see all this if you give them as much money as they ask for. Because they say that only they decide whether you come in or not, and the administration there doesn’t decide at all. I don’t recommend this establishment, I wasn’t there for long, and I definitely won’t go there again in my life.
