Very good hotel, the best I visoted in Almaty. Good food, saunas, gym, swimming pool.

Fabulous hotel with atrium designed in the style of a massive yurt. Recommend highly.

This is truly a 5 star international hotel. The lobby is spectacular. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bathrooms are well equipped. The staff of the concierge desk helped us find a store that might have a lava lamp bulb (it didn't, but that's not the concierge's fault). They provided a printed map and directions. The restaurant has an extensive menu, and the food is delicious. The breakfast buffet is fine, and they'll even make a custom omelette for you. The all-indoor spa has a large leisure pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, and exercise equipment (and massage is available). In short, this is the place to stay in Almaty.

Excellent stay. I would stay at the Rahat palace again when returning to Almaty. The hotel staff was incredible. Aside from great service. We left important valuables in the security box upon check out, and we were promptly contacted by the manager and formally provided everything. Thank you for the stellar service.

Stayed for 1 night. The hotel is very green. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in a great location. Delicious cuisine. Great Spa area. Next time we'll stay here.

The hotel itself is steep but taxi drivers of course very high… To Atakenta took 1500 TG. I think it is quite a lot…

Good hotel. Favorable prices and great service.

Room full of old, checkin back to the wrong room, the door opened also see other people's luggage, hit the switchboard waiting for a few minutes also did not respond to treatment. Later, I had to go to the counter to handle it. It is not very safe for passengers to stay.

As a place to have a nice business meeting in a hall it is nearly perfect. Good menu, pleasant service, reasonable prices. Wish they'd started serving good coffee instead of that HoReCa junk.

Nice hotel with a very high security system, comfortable.

One of the older hotels in Almaty. The location is 5 +. Requires upgrade, repair, but cleanliness is maintained at the level. Breakfast is plentiful, but I would like to see more delicious porridge (they are not able to cook), on the point of omelette often there is no cook, croissants are not from laminated dough, and the usual muffin, there is no Turkey.
Rooms: It is impossible to charge the phone at the headboard. Very slippery bath, often do not forget to put water.

Good location. But the prices in the bar are sky-clear. The rooms are nothing special. For the benefit of at least the prices in recent years two or three decreased. In principle, for the price that is requested for a room now the quality of the rooms is normal.

Depends on room you get. Some rooms are pretty good, where everything works, some are not: conditioning is noisy vent, temp regulator on heating battery missed this you have an option to open balcony door to "make youreselves comfortable". As a plus — birds singing is wonderful, road noise is terrible. So, check the room, and good luck. In my case it was good, my colleague not do lucky.

Good old Rakhat Palace! Good here at any time of the year! The service is as always on the level. Stability is a sign of skill.

We stayed for 3 nights this February. Very nice hotel. Very clean and really helpful staff! Rooms were great as well. Absolutely no complaints. Highly recommended!

Excellent service för a Good price and a Good location.

The hotel is a maximum of three stars. There were new Year's decorations and a Christmas tree. Hal is very beautiful. The rooms are all potjortoe: armchair, chairs; The TV did not work; The hair dryer is very primitive only for short hair. Balcony as in the Soviet sanatoriums. There were 3 nights in the bathroom, nothing was updated. Breakfast is very good. The swimming pool with sauna was a delight. But the whole hotel and rooms have very little light.

Plus: good service. The hotel is not new, but the rooms are quite cozy and clean. Friendly staff. Delicious food. By cons It is possible to carry one of towels very "tired" and on one pillow-case frank, a small hole-it is a question to quality of control in this direction.

On the 3rd of January 2018 my mother and her friend visited Olympic Health complex. Swimming in the pool found to three places feces. At the request to invite the manager of the complex, showed complete disregard, periodically giving phone numbers not competent persons on this issue. After that we have left a record in the Book of complaints. Please understand the matter and report. The phone Number is listed in the complaint book.

A good hotel with good service. It seems a little old and some refurbishments would be highly recommended. They also don't have any exchange here so you can't use dollars which was very inconvenient. The breakfast was quite nice.

The experience is generally positive, both times not much different. In any case I will stop again if there is a possibility.  
The main points, which I would like to pay attention to arriving: Very decent breakfast, varied. From fried fish (!? ) to Kefir. Oh, and the standard bacon with sausages. Internet works on 4, though for Almaty speed and stability is very good. On TV there is nothing to watch, as a rule. There is a spa, I was not there, but say that to go, especially not expensive. Hot water is:)  
At the decision-all pretty quickly happens, although I come usually early in the morning. The rooms were both times normal, the TV is new Samsung, the climate worked, although the balcony could be opened (4th and 5th floor).  
The staff were very friendly and helpful.  
In any case, I recommend if you are in Almaty, though not the cheapest hotel.  
But it is close to cinema, circus, theatre and children's amusement park.

The hotel needs upgrading, the carpets and arm chairs in the rooms. It's clean and comfortable. Good bathroom. However, the service is generally bad. I was getting dressed and a male member of staff let himself in with his card to check the mini bar! My colleague 's key card was deactivated while we had breakfast because we were checking out that day. Horrible attitude from reception staff.

There's everything you need. Convenient. Be quiet.

In desperate need of some referbishment… specially bedrooms. The staff are ok. Breakfast really good with plenty to choose from — however it's hard to get a coffee or tea as the staff never seems to bother. Other then that an OK hotel.

PA bit old-ish, but still grand… Perfect location, a lot of greenery.

I really liked the summer tau Samal they just very super administration very well I was different places service very well waiters very active I liked especially hookah thank you very much.

The hotel is dated and carpets are worn, please don't let the distant fotos fool you. I'll post a couple pictures of my room. Breakfast was good, but I didn't get any sleep because the blower fan in my room would randomly squeak and startle me awake. I left feeling exhausted and untested. When I said something to the staff they were unresponsive. Wish I could leave zero stars!

Outstanding staff, central location.

High class modern hotel is located close to the Centre. Surrounded by picturesque gardens.

Average hotel, I did not like. On taste and color as they say. All standard.

Beautiful exterior and exquisite inside. The administration of the site, fix the errors in the title.

This place was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The morning buffet is incredibly fresh and tasty! The Rahat was Kazakhstan's first 5-star hotel, and it's seen better days. The shabby chic is unintended, but well-maintained by the staff. One of the greatest things is that it's located ideally for those who want to explore by foot. Within reasonable walking distance to shopping, groceries, and tasty restaurants!

Hall, gym, pool, sauna, service can be estimated at 5. Room service is good. Kitchen estimate at 5. The territory is guarded. In summer you can take a stroll in the Mini Park. Is it necessary to replace kovralan, shower, and update the towels. Stayed with family — we liked.
