I knew from local people this hotel is 5 stars hotel. I don’t have anything for complain. I just used for slept and breakfast because I went with tour group and I didn’t stayed all day in everyday.

My stay at Hotel Grand Mildom was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Everything was available and are working as well. They aslo had a SPA which was wonderful.

My heart melting with the service here. My flight was midnight but the receptionist helping me and give me a seat to waiting. They re cleaness, kindness and welcoming me. No regrets to stay here.

The rooms are smaller than what is claimed, but it was in the center of the city, close to good eateries and bars, some monuments too.

Absolutely good place to stay here. Room and everything inside it is clean. Bath and toilets are shared but there is a worker who is constantly keeping them clean. Staff is kind and helpful.

This was my first trip to Almaty. Such a great comfortable atmosphere right in the center of town. A yurt in their backyard, a great kitchen to fix your own food and a place to wash clothes.

Great hostel in ok location. Staff were lovely and facilities are good. However it was ruined by a Russian guy who seemed to be staying there long term.

Dormitory rooms in the basement didn't have a privacy curtain. The bed mattress was comfortable though. Toilets and shower rooms were quite clean.
