Nice hotel with good rooms, great bathroom. Not great bar!

Excellent place and service, not cheap, but it's worth.

It's a great hotel. Pleasant hotel staff, staff calmly and politely cater to hotel visitors. The temperature of the rooms is moderate, the conference room, corridor, rooms, toilet and so on — each room is clean, the lighting is normal for the eyes, the temperature is normal for the body (not hot and not cold), and most importantly fortunately there are no unpleasant smells — it is most importantly in public places. The rooms are always cleaned and and smell nice. Cleaning staff — always clear, quick and punctual do their job. And, at the same time, always politely answer the questions of visitors/guests when necessary. Being in the lobby of the hotel, near the reception there are comfortable sofas — where you can comfortably settle down and hold a meeting or while waiting for a person to read the fresh press. In general, this hotel Dostyk — a worthy option to stay there or hold any event.

Were in the hotel restaurant. Surprisingly, very tasty everything was cooked, the waiters did well — all quickly, smoothly.

Excellent hotel for business events. The Master Class of Maxim Batyreva was held today. Everything went on 5 plus, the hotel service is especially pleased. Private parking with Tulevaeva. The atmosphere is for learning)

This is a great hotel. The staff is impeccable. Excellent conference room. To the Manager Aydin Award for quality of service with clients! By the way the spa is also gorgeous. Recommend.

The worst 5 stars I've ever been.

Very nice hotel. There is everything for various events.

Very krasiaoe and atmospheric place. Immediately feel the richness and luxury. The hotel itself is not so big, but the themes and better — there are no crowds, and noise is much less than in the same Rixos. There is a spa, pool, gym, restaurant, and of course, everything else should be in an expensive hotel. Here is a very pure, and this is a big plus. And how can we prepare … If you arrived in Almaty and the budget allows to stay at is boldly choose Dostyk!

A great place to stay whether you're on business or for leisure — there is an excellent weekend rate for two nights including breakfast and a late checkout. Plenty of space in the rooms and the bathrooms are certainly superior plus — large and well-appointed with separate shower you could share! The breakfast here has to be one of the best in town and the room service is efficient, 24 hours, inexpensive and quality. There's a pool and a spa to enjoy. The staff here are professional — expect a warm welcome, especially if you're a returning client. Staff speak a number of languages and their English is very good. Would also recommend the airport transfer service.

Nice business hotel. Former most prestigious hotel in Soviet time in Almaty. Some flavour still exists. Its sutable for conferences. Its challnge to park a car nearby — 5 slots in front of it only.

Friendly staff. Living egzootic flowers. I liked it.

The second time staying in Suite № 200-everything is perfect! Large comfortable room (see photo-Spheres) However, at the weekend can make a noise wedding in the next hall… On the 4th floor there is a good seminar room! Food is delicious and in the restaurant and bar!

Decent hotel in a good area. No complaints except they forgot my wake-up call.

Very nice hotel.

What a great place to stay! The front of house staff are just brilliant. Good English and really helpful. The rooms are great — very modern and comfortable. And — the pool / sauna / gym are outstanding. I keep trying to stay here but they're often booked out so make sure you plan ahead. It's in a cool part of town with rad bars and burger joints. Also across the road is the coolest barber shop on the planet.

I have been there for a while and saw a pack of young people on black cars and they listened music very loud. But security man do not say any word for that guys.

Topical short trip business hotel. Clean and silent. Staff good trained.

I stayed a delux room with a double bed. I enjoyed comfortable space and service, especially breakfast buffet. Buffet served fresh vegetables and fruits. You can also enjoy a variety of desserts. The accommodation fee is reasonable.
