The Apartments 95 Hotel

Very clean, large room, very quiet, very safe, very modern. Half way between downtown tourist sites and Almaty Airport. No Wi-Fi. Great value. Short walk to excellent Korean Restaurant and supermarket.

Overall a reasonable experience. Location was away from the city and the markets.

We recently stayed at Thi Apartaments 95 and the impressions were positive. The studio room was spacious, cozy and well equipped. It had a small kitchen with all the necessary appliances, which is very convenient for those who prefer to cook on their own.
The cleanliness of the hotel is at a high level, cleaning was carried out regularly. The bed is comfortable, the linens are fresh. The windows offered a pleasant view, which added to the atmosphere of comfort.
The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The reception promptly resolved all issues and gave recommendations on local attractions.
Overall, this is a great place for a comfortable stay, especially if the ability to cook for yourself is important to you. The price-quality ratio is at a decent level. We will definitely come back on our next trip!

Very comfortable and is warm enough for us. We did booked to other apartment but we landed earlier so the owner offered us to stay here with the same rate since we want to check in early. And it’s the best decision ever. We like it very much the room is cozy and quiet. They even have place to cook, microwave, mini fridge. It’s a complete package. We really didn’t wanna leave and just wanna stay here. We’re sad because this is our last day and we just explored this apartment. Much much better apartment than what we had in other districts. For this money I am very pleased with the hotel. It is located between the city center and the airport in the private sector. The room is clean, the towels are thick, the water is hot. I slept well! The staff is responsive, they offered to stay a few hours longer in the room without extra charge, I did not need it but it was nice. I recommend it!

I specifically chose this location to make it easier to travel on business. But in general, of course, the private sector, kiosks, KFC cars around. If this area is important to you, then the place is ok.
The room is generally well equipped, it is clear that the design was conceived as fashionable. Comfortable bed, clean linen, polite hostesses, TV with all subscriptions.
Dusty busy roads of the private sector, nothing around — if you are not specifically looking for a location like me, then this is not the place for you.
I expected the room to be in a slightly better condition (here the handle falls off, there the door creaks, etc. ), + cleaning is lame, from the very beginning I had the feeling that it was dirty, I am a clean freak. They clean only on request, in general this is probably ok for apartments.

Housekeeper was very nice. Wi-Fi connection was strong and stable. Housekeeper can give you an iron if you ask. You can find hygienic stuff in the bathroom (like teeth brushing, shower gel and shampoo). There is a condition in the room (it was nice in the context of 30 celsius degrees).

It's not convenient without breakfast. The bathroom door didn't close.

The room has its own kitchen, you can cook. There is air conditioning. Everything is in good condition, clean.
Located quite far from the city center, in the private sector. Very poor infrastructure around the hotel.

The most beautiful, cozy and homely hotel, newly built.
There is a kitchen available, which eliminates the need to rent an apartment.
The owner is a wonderful, good person.
