SPA Hotels in Kyoto near Hinode-yu

The hotel is located just adjacent to the train station. It is not the most picturesque area, but very convenient to restaurants and shops. Short walk to Buddhist temple.

I recently spent two nights at The Thousand Kyoto and found it to be a remarkable stay, particularly in terms of space and value.

Love dormy inn group, most of my visits to Japan, I'll make sure I'll book my stay here, the staff are well trained and excellent service.

So far, I’ve stayed in four hotels in Japan and this had the most spacious room (granted, two of the others were at a lower price point). The desk area and shower door need a deep clean.

My stay in Kyoto was one of the highlights of my trip to Japan.
I really enjoyed the slower pace and more relaxed atmosphere compared to Tokyo.

Superb stay! Highly recommend it. The breakfast is unbeatable and authentic. There’s even a rice dispenser! The staff are gracious.

When in Kyoto, staying at Dusit Thani would be a great choice that would not disappoint you. This concept hotel is a chic, luxurious delight for travelers looking something extra in a hotel.

​My friend was craving Thai food, and we were so glad to find this all-day dining spot. A huge plus is that their last order is at 21:30, which is perfect for a late dinner.

We stayed at hotel tou for a total of 5 nights in October. We stayed at the superior queen suite for 3 nights and the terrace suite for 2 nights.

This was the 3rd hotel we stayed at during our Japan trip. Short walk from the station. While the rooms are small compared to US hotels, it is pretty spacious for Japan hotels.

Absolutely loved my stay at hotel androoms. Room was large and comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom. Coat brush and shoe horn provided, as well as pajamas and other amenities.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Relatively inexpensive and gets the job done as far as a short visit to Kyoto. Very central to the station and nice location!

Pros — clean, humidifer in room and close to station.
Cons.
1) not a single international TV channel.

We had a fabulous stay at hokkaikan Ohanabo in Kyoto. The location can’t be beat, it is both central and quiet at the same time.

We visited this place about 13 years ago and I believe there's an old review of mine here from back then. We had a lovely stay and we finally made it back 13 years later and with our kids this time!

Clean with comfortable beds but the rooms were a bit cramped which I guess is a thing with APA hotels if TikTok is to be believed.
We loved the Onsen there. So nice after a long day of sightseeing.

Stay in this APA HOTEL for it’s proximity to Kyoto station.
Super great location endless food choices, shopping malls nearby or take the bus downtown for the brands.

Such an amazing traditional experience if you are ever in Kyoto. The owners make you feel so welcome and at home. Service was 10/10 and I had the best nights sleep.

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful 2 night stay at Izuyasu. The service staff were incredibly attentive and accommodated our every request.

English was sufficiently spoken by reception personnel at the time we were in October. Very helpful staff.

The location and service are great! Right beside Kyoto main station and close to the bus terminal. They provide traditional breakfast and dinner which I loved!

Everything went really from the check-in to the checkout. Staff, breakfast and room were super nic.

We stayed for 3 days and it was an absolute plessure. Everybody is so friendly, polite and attentive. It is the best place to have an authentic ryokan experience. The breakfast was very delicous.

The place is super close to alot of mainstream attractions. Easily walking or one train stop away from Kyoto main station.
The host is super knowledgeable on the Kyoto attractions and very helpful.

Really great place staff will accommodate your needs and are happy to chat. Rooms are good, showers are very warm cant really complain at all. Tv and computers in lobby aswell!

Absolute banger of a restaurant. The food is freshly made right in front of you by the chef. So delicious yet so simple, it’s all about the ingredient and his technique.

Overall an absolutely stunning experience! After an exciting but exhausting day in rainy Kyoto we picked Full House because it was nearby — we didn’t know what to expect.
