It was a very reasonable place to stay. The staff was helpful. Our air conditioner didn't work great — but good enough. It isn't far from the Avlabari metro station.

I had a very comfortable five night stay at the hotel. The ladies at the receiption were very friendly and attentive.

Guest House, A great accommodation hotel, the business and the owners are very interested and good people the rooms are nice and good.

In general everything is fine. There were nuances, but they were not significant. There are no cabinets, no shelf for cosmetics in the bathroom, just a small bucket.

Great place to relax. Clean, comfortable room. Delicious tomorrow. Polite hosts. The house is located in the very center of the city, all attractions are nearby, 5 minutes from the house. I recommend.

Everything is clean, good location. The bathroom is clean, there is a microwave, refrigerator, etc. The only thing I didn't like was the interior of the room. The walls are pink with flowers, etc.

It is a little hotel, but clean, and has friendly staff, we were asleep and checked out an hour late, but they did not charge us and said, that everything was OK—the super friendly and pleasant woman

I stayed here in the fall of 2022. I loved everything. For the price, it was a great deal! The rooms are cozy and updated. The hostess was very polite and welcoming. She fed us borscht :)

We had a wonderful stay here, for the price everything was perfect. The outstanding feature was however the view from our room… (triple room with mountain view).

Old district Guest house is the perfect spot in Kazbegi. Rooms are super clean and the breakfast is so delicious. The hosts are nice and helpful (they make us wash our clothes and use the frigde).

What a stay this is! Pikiria and Nano are very helpful and hosted us without any concerns. Right close to the liberty square and near to all the eateries.

It is kind of hostel, but individual rooms, yet one will encounter noise due to others in the middle of night, which might bother if you are planning for quietness.

The location is great. The hosts are welcoming. I was lucky: I was alone in the whole hostel. Therefore, I managed to get a good night's sleep.

I really enjoyed my stay at Rivendell Boutique Tbilisi, the room was very clean and the service was really good. The reception people were kind and helpful.

Nice and cozy place to stay for several nights at business trip not very far from Didube bus station. Service and amenities quality are typical for any georgian hotel.

First time in Georgia, Tbilisi. We chose this beautiful ancient city to celebrate our daughter's birthday.

Hotel is little in the outskirts but the room that we got was huge. It was much much much bigger than our room in Gudauri. Kumar in the reception was very helpful.

Worst management and didi and hostel ever.
Only the location was good.
No students please don't join Royal group of hostels.

Nice staff. The only downside is that the drain was clogged and all the water after taking a shower stood in the bathroom until the morning.

At heart of the city, but not well serviced and food is not tasty.

Can't say enough good things about this place. They accommodated our last minute booking, helped us with loads of laundry, supplied us with good wine and information. I hope to be back soon.
