Central location and quiet area. The staff was very polite and helpful especially Alexandra and Nina. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

It was good stay for 2 nights with family. However the building is old but rooms are clean and the reception ladies are good polite and helpful. Everything is in walking distance and near by.

Stayed there several night. Wish I could spend more nights there but usually always full. Highly recommend for a few nights.

The property is located in a calm area outside of the city centre. Nevertheless, there is a metro stat and ion nearby as well as many shops.

Nice quiet area. It's about 15 minutes to Rustaveli Avenue, 20 minutes to the funicular. If you walk, the road goes uphill.

Location is center Tbilisi, 15 minutes walking from liberty square but hilly, enough bathroom and clean.

Great hostel located in the Old Town of Tbilisi is very reasonable priced and value for money for a private double room.

Located in the prime locality, in front of a beautiful park and sharing neighborhood with President house. It's an heritage property which is run by some businessman. He accepts payment only by card.

The city of Tbilisi is one of the most wonderful Georgian places that is worth visiting because of its ancient and modern Tbilisi civilization, which tourists visit when visiting Georgia.

We stayed three nights in Babilina Hotel and we had a very pleasant time, the owners are very friendly and nice, don’t mind to ask them if you need anything.

Babilina B&B is a Guest House in the middle of old town of Tbilisi, Georgia. It is a cozy family run business.

Yesterday I visited Bioli with my foreign friends. The atmosphere was amazing, and we even got to see alpacas and got near them.

Great place, very tasty, attentive staff, good service. We ordered Khachapuri on skewers, pork shish kebab, trout and various appetizers, we liked everything.

I am rating based on the food we ordered home with wolt, just amazing. Pork ribs were perfect, the kharcho soup amazing. All the food came hot and fresh.

What a wonderful place! Best comfort and service you can find in Tblissi along with really a nice and caring host. Highly recommend!

Clean rooms, hospitable hosts, delicious breakfasts. In general, I recommend that everyone who travels to Tbilisi take a hotel with breakfast because nothing works in the morning.

Excellent hotel! Cozy and clean rooms, nice and kind owner who makes concessions and allowed to wash clothes for a long stay. The price-quality ratio is great.

We stayed here for 1 night because the other lodging that we had booked fell through. This is a very nice hotel. It looked like it was a converted flat, but the remodel was done first class.

The hosts were very welcoming. I arrived well before the agreed-upon time, and they didn't charge me any extra. The room was clean and had a wonderful view.

Convenient location, lowest price in the area, friendly hosts, shampoo, hand soap, kitchen…
No internet in the room itself, but that wasn't a big issue; everything worked fine on the ground floor.

The best thing is the staff. Manoli os amazing. Is not a luxury hotel for the prize that it has but the good vibes are great.

The location is great.
One issue is that the price at the reception was slightly higher than on Booking app, which is very strange.
