A good hotel close to the city center (about 10-15 minutes). It may need renovation, but it's perfectly for people who are actively spending their time.

Amazing location, super friendly staff, Eleni went out of the way to make us feel like home. Walking distance to center and very clean. Will definitely stay there again next time we visit Tiblisi.

Excellent hotel, good affordable prices. Nice staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Very tasty breakfasts, not a buffet, they prepare food for everyone in front of you.

The location is close to the metro and railway station, very convenient in terms of transport, there are also a lot of bus stops. There are many shops, banks, exchange offices and a market nearby.

The hotel is within walking distance — no more than 7 minutes — from the train station, which fully met our wishes. It is located in the back of the courtyard, but is easy to find.

Location is fine and close to Central.
It was hard to find at first but I got the place.
There is nice and cozy Workspace with PC Screen with HDMI Cable which is good for digital Nomads.

I was lucky to find this hostel, It was super chill, clean, ppl were lovely and welcoming! I originally booked for only three days, but I was staying there for almost two months at the end.

We were very pleased with the hotel. Breakfast, cleanliness, friendly staff, friendly atmosphere and most importantly the location is very central.

Funicular Inn offers cozy and well-designed apartments in the heart of Old Tbilisi. The location is quiet but close to everything.

The guesthouse is located in Old Tbilisi, very close to Mtatsminda Funicular and city sights.

The hotel is nice and clean, well-located within walking distance of sights on both river banks and the newly opened cable cars to Mtatsminda Hill on Rustaveli.

Great location and very decent service. There is a whole street of bars and restaurants nearby, and a 24-hour store is 100 meters away.

The property is at the most perfect location. Our room no was 102 which was facing the river and road and it was just perfect. Our stay was 27th to 31st May.

We lived there for two days. Everything is clean, tidy, shower and toilet are crystal clean. The hostess is friendly.

It's a very nice place, and if ur into budget it's a good place and affordable.

Spacious comfortable apartment in old city 2 minute walk from Sulphur baths. Great location.

The large bad was quite uncomfortable but the room was looking good. Good atmosphere.

Nice cosy hotel, little away from the bustle of the city centre. Ideal for the no frills traveller. Big rooms, clean but little dated.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Irena was very hospitable and provided great secure parking for my motorbike. She even washed my clothes that had for pretty grimy after the ride from England.
