The hotel is great. Everything is clean, the layout is unusual, but we liked it. The room is cozy, has a balcony, a kettle, and enough sockets.

Kind owner and made breakfast for us everyday the quantity was so much it was enough for 6 people and more.

I was in Tbilisi for a week from October 6th. I stayed at this hotel. It's a wonderful, atmospheric place. Everything is imbued with local flavor. The host was friendly, welcoming, and hospitable.

Great service, the host cooked us breakfast and was very kind and talkative, location is great since it’s close to sightseeings and restaurants (I recommend the Khinkali Bar No1 and Kneina).

Hotel is bit far from the main attractions. Calm and quiet place. But metro station is at a walkable distance and metro will take to Avlabari metro station.

Communal is a dream location!

Nice hotel, comfortable and friendly staff. Good sized rooms. Great breakfast with good cook. Upstairs rooms don't have the best Wi-Fi though. Nice restaurants 5-10 min walk away.

This is my second time staying at the Graf T Hotel with my husband and children. The staff was very responsive and, most importantly, Russian-speaking.

The staff at Hotel Genio were extremely friendly and the room was clean and quiet. Its complimentary breakfast adds a lot of value. Extremely happy with its value and will definitely stay there again.
