We stayed 3 days, very very good, room, barthrooms, bed and everything was superb. Receptionists were so helpful and friendly.

Amazing staff, fantastic hotel. Rooms are just gorgeous and the amenities fabulous. Location is perfect and everything about the stay has been to the highest quality. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed 4 nights at Shota. There was always assistance with baggage. The checkin process was quick & easy. There was always someone knowledgeable & eager at the front desk to provide assistance and answer questions. Breakfast service was great as well.

Very nice and cozy room. Excellent staff! The restaurant also very very comfortable and with music it’s so grateful that you feel relax and won’t go outside. Absolutely recommend ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

My partner and I enjoyed the stay at Shota@Rustaveli a lot! Very attentive service, extremely comfortable beds, and very good breakfast. I'd definitely recommend to have it at the patio — it's lovely in the morning, before the heat hits the town. Pillows menu is a separate treat. I can't believe that this is actually Georgia :) )

Nice hotel in center of Tbilisi next to the parliament building. All major attractions including old Tbilisi within walking distance. Staff very nice and helpful took breakfast which was quite nice with good choices. Rooms are nice and comfortable. However curtains in room need to cover all window as early morning sunlight tends to wake you up. All in all nice place to stay and would recommend it to all travellers.

Wonderful experience at the hotel, best hospitality. Tub in the room was perfect. Breakfast was fresh and with a good variety. Everything was near, walking distance to the old Tbilisi. Would love to come back!

I loved the room and everything including lights, toiletries and spacious bathroom. Bed was really comfortable and hotel staff are super friendly. You can get takeout coffee & croissant for 3Gel ($1) if you don’t want buffet (35Gel=$11). Good location as it’s about 5 min walk to old town (freedom plaza) and just one block to shopping street. If you walk up hill, you can get to supermarket and cable car to highest park in Tbilisi. Hotel restaurant offers lunch at only 10Gel. Very friendly staff. Absolutely recommend it.

Thanks to the hotel for the hospitality. Good breakfast. Hot dishes are prepared under you and you need to wait 10 minutes. I liked the interior and the décor of the hotel. Quiet and peaceful location in the center of Tbilisi. Booked on their website and became members of the club. Go back.

Here only have booked on better, and then have understood, that on their site it would be more profitable, there shares constantly. Will definitely return, the best hotel in Tbilisi. Raspiarennyj rums and not close.

An amazing hotel at very reasonable rates (by UK and US standards). Everything was extremely clean, bathroom was larger than my apartment and the floors were heated, good selection of channels for those mornings you just don't want to get out of your giant bed. Absolutely go for the included breakfast — smoked salmon benedict and crepes rounded out an amazing experience. Walking distance to shops, great food and drinks as well. In fairness to the other hotels out there, I wouldn't stay anywhere else if going back to Tblisi.

A few reasons to stay at this hotel: great modern comfortable rooms with good plumbing, perfect location in a quiet perekopke near the parliament of Georgia in three steps from the center itself, as well as a very cozy tasty and stylish restaurant.

Beautiful boutique hotel right in the center of the city. You can walk to anywhere from there. The staff is always nice and helpful, our room was amazing, very comfortable, very nicely designed. The special bonus was the heated floor in the bathroom! Overall a great value for money.

One of the best hotel experiences in my lifetime. The attention to detail amazed me. This hotel is modern, well organised (very helpful staff), beautiful. It's capacious interior belies it's small facade. Rooms were big, brightly lit, facilitated with artistic modern tech. My feet enjoyed the under-floor heated bathroom and my body enjoyed the comfort of the soft bed. A pamphlet found at the bedside table explained the bed cushion choice, a fine choice it was too. I had an excellent night and day sleep. Breakfast was sublime, a massive choice: continental, Germanic and more traditional Georgian were catered for. Lots of choice at the self serve and from the breakfast menu. All this was included in the price of bed and breakfast. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, it is in a fantastic location and is big on comfort. You'll never forget that huge duck-down bed pillow when you wake up refreshed in the morning.

Beautifully designed. Relaxed & comfortable with staff who are incredibly friendly & helpful. Great location. Really peaceful & quite, plus the breakfast is amazingly delicious! This place is way ahead of the curve in terms of hotels in Tbilisi. Highly recommend it!

Very nice hotel right in the city center. The breakfast is amazing, the staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are beautiful and big with a very good bed. It's a pity, you can hear the noise from the street so much, but with the earplugs, the hotel provided, it was ok. If the shower would have been a bit better this would have been absolutely perfect!

Very good Hotel, and the location is quite perfect for going around. Not much facilities, but high quality finishings, toiletries, guest amenities in general. Service is not that great, but then again its not good at all in Georgia or at least the places I visited. They are nice people, but not service oriented.

This place shows what a real boutique hotel should look like. Perfect place, located in the very center of the city. Design is outstanding and atmosphere is magnificent.
