The hotel has character and I loved my stay. The reception has one guy who is the most warm local guy we met. He cracks jokes and makes you feel lighter. The room was great, service was great too.

Location is in old tbilisi.
Water heater is working properly. No worry about the cold as there are heaters installed in the room. The wooden floor of the room gives a cozy winter feel.

I really love that we got a room with a balcony. The room is big, as well as the toilet and bath.

I have stayed at Sheraton Grand Tbilisi Metechi Palace for well over 100 days in total, and at this point it genuinely feels like a home from home.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel spa thanks to Kato. She did my manicure and pedicure, and the service was absolutely excellent.

The hotel is located in a quiet street, but close to the metro.
The beds were comfortable, spacious and clean room.
Breakfast was amazing, fresh fruit, salads, little pastries, eggs, cold cuts etc.

To look up in the starry sky after a long days work, laying your head on a soft mattress fluffy like the clouds that shroud the given stars for this review is as this.

The hotel was booked as a part of the tour by our travel agent. The hotel rooms were clean.

A great hotel with extremely helpful staff. I arrived many hours before check-in without booking a room.

I have been there and I came to the hotel at around 8am there was receptionist who doesn’t speak English so I suffered to explain that I have booked a room from booking.

We weren’t in the hotel but at “the grill” restaurant. The service was above and beyond, the food and drinks were incredible and everything was too perfect and amazing!

First and foremost — location! Right on the Rustaveli ave, minutes from the Freedom square.
Second — service. We had some minor issues during our stay that had been addressed smoothly and nicely.
