Beautiful location in the hills of tbilisi, away from city, peaceful, new property and they gave us complimentary wine and free breakfast for our stay for the occasion of birthday and honeymoon.

The hotel is in a quiet area of Tbilisi, one minute walk from the river. In the area it's easy to find several stores and pharmacies.

Very nice boutique hotel near the heart of Tbilisi. The hotel is small but offers all the amenities of a large hotel. It also serves as a good base for trips around Tbilisi.

Fantastic place and host. Me and my friends will come again and stay longer. Location is perfect and the apartment is very spacious full with all the equipment anyone needs, modern and interesting.

Great place. They just need to send the codes faster. Checkout 11am but can't check in till after 3 and can still get codes after 3. So if you don't have data your In trouble.

Epicenter of Tbilisi, nicely organize place, around the corner to Marjanishvili underground station and David Aghmasheneveli street. Spacey room and big nice, clean bathroom. Pet-friendly.

The location is excellent. All key tourist sites are a 5-15-minute walk away. The street is picturesque.
There's no air conditioning in the room, which is a problem in 94-degree weather.

Very close proximity to train station and shops. Room was comfortable and host was very friendly. Very close to airport 15mins by taxi.

This hotel may not be a top class star but they are quality and their front desk is perfect (especially I encounter GEORGE) they are helpful very clean.

A very cozy hotel at an awesome location in Old Tbilisi, very accessible to almost all tourist locations, although the rooms were small but they were very well maintained.

The location must be the highlight. Its just an alley away from the main tourist street which was filled with attractions, souvenirs, and good foods.

Very good guest house I stayed during all my time in Tbilisi. The host is very hospitable and elegant, allowed to enjoy our stay throughout the whole time.

Truly a hidden gem. The hostel is essentially a basement apartment (4 bunk beds and a small bathroom). Great location but hard to find at first.

Great location but instruction was hard to follow. The area is small and sad and is no common area to move about.

The hotel staff were super nice, especially Misha who was very helpful and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at Magnolia Hotel. The reception staff, especially Mr. Misha, was very kind and attentive. The rooms were clean, the staff was always helpful, and housekeeping came every day.

I stayed here for 5 nights. I chose dormitory… The owner had a pleasing smile and a welcoming heart … I like all the facilities they provided…

The toilet is a bit dirty, but otherwise quite good.

Located in old Tbilisi, near the center. There is parking on the street nearby. The price per room is 25 dollars per day.
The downside is laundry with stains.
