There is no parking space for the car in the hotel. We only drank 2 water from the mini bar, we paid 4 for them. The staff was friendly and caring.

I loved the rooms & the view on the river. I love the location. It’s close to everything that is necessary. Like a grocery store or a gas station or a pharmacy.

Rooms were well kept and very pretty. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast was rather disappointing with the pastries and breads tasting a bit stale and hard.

The hotel is in a good location, near the metro and transport hub. There is a 24-hour kiosk and a shopping mall nearby. Breakfast is simple and tasty, like homemade food.

Spent 4 nights here in summer of 2024, had a private room with bathroom. The bed was a bit hard and the room design isn't the best but there is enough space for a couple.

Had a lovely stay here, host is super friendly the rooms and facilities are always clean. Super comfy beds. Comfortable couches in the common area. And in a very central location, Highly recommended!

Very comfortable and budget friendly hotel. Staff was accommodative to our requests for an early breakfast and keeping the luggage for a late evening flight. Good option in Old Tbilisi.

My "go-to" place in Tbilisi located on a quiet street — a small, family-run lodging with guest rooms on the first floor (British) or in the second floor American.

Amazing staff and they all speak English fluently! The hotel is absolutely beautiful and super cozy with homely vibes. I absolutely recommend it! Very clean and quiet too💜 Wi-Fi works perfectly!

There was no water in the room to make tea/coffee. We had to go to the common kitchen to get water from a tap. Was not sure if the water was safe for drinking, so ended up not using it.

I loved my stay at the Kruise Hotel. Lots of hot water, great view of the river, very helpful staff. I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. The room was very quiet, and breakfast was great.

Hotel is compact, but you only need the bed anyway, you're spending your day outside. The view is unpleasant but, again, you're spending your day outside.

The rooms were very dust. The location is good but it must be due to the general construction in Tbilisi.
