Thirteeen years ago when we first visited Tbilisi we stayed at the Hotel Kapala which is situated on a bluff overlooking an ancient church, the Mtkvari River and the old city of Tbilisi. We returned recently with friends to enjoy the excellent service and Georgian food, wine, and one again the view. Highly recommended.

Was only in the restaurant, the view is great, the food is tasty, the prices are not much higher than average.

Celebrated my birthday in Georgia and we stay at Kopala Hotel. Thank you for your wonderful gift. Very much appreciated. Very friendly front desk Adelina. Helping us in all our needs. Very nice over view of Old Tbilisi. Near to everything. The only issue is you have to go around and its quite a long walk. Hoping that more option in breakfast.

This place is beautiful. Beautiful restaurant with extraordinaryly helpful staff. Had our wedding party on the terrace. Fantastic view!

There was a restaurant on the 4th floor with a panoramic view of the city. Very nice view and tasty food.

No matter what… I liked it. The breakfast buffet is very tasty. All the staff polite… We are glad to know that guests from Russia.

The location is perfect, but the service level is only 3 stars.

Everything is great, just next to the night club-a roar of music until the morning. Save earplugs. Or dance together. And it's too early to call the Temple Bell.

Great hotel. Located in the old center of Tbilisi. The rooms and restaurant have a breathtaking view of the city. Located in walking from the main attractions and Metro station. The service is good, tasty breakfast with fresh local products. The luxury rooms are furnished with natural wood furnishings.

It's all good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very poor service and cuisine. Prepayed 5 Nights and was really disappointed. Very cold and noisy, brocken furneture and electronics, bad and unfriendly staff.

The poorest services I have seen in these types of hotels/restaurants for a long time in Tbilisi. Real shame you cant enjoy gorgeous scenery this hotel has without rude and impolite behaviour of the staff.

Good hotel. Better to book in advance. It has a good restaurant also on terrace with a fantastic views. Seat outside, put a blanket on your knees if it is a little bit cold, drink wine and enjoy old city views…

Good hotel, good service, good value for money, very good breakfast.

My partner and I went to the restaurant, service was extremely poor and the food was below average and cold. A poor example of Georgian cuisine. Perfect location though, and the view is good, but many restaurants in the same area that will give you better service and food. Not a good experience overall so would not recommend eating there…

Great balcony, restaurant and service. Excellent bar with international and Georgian cuisine.

Quiet Place, no street noise, no cars. The birds are singing in the morning. The room was comfortable. Always clean and fresh. The staff is friendly. The breakfast was delicious.

The main advantage of 1 Hotel building is the view from the window. Total buildings 4, good view in only 1 building. The rest is fine, but not great. The breakfast was good, the kharcho soup and the Shkmerski chicken. The staff is pleasant and helpful. But the internet is very weak, especially in the evening, when the restaurant has many guests. Very convenient location, the old Town is a stone's throw from all the buildings. In the evening it is pleasant to dine in the restaurant and look at the highlighted Tbilisi.

Nice view from the balcony of the 3rd floor. A quiet place (street not through), in the Morning birds sing! In the room is quite spacious, cozy, beautiful, especially in the toilet and shower room. The water pressure in the shower is such that you can massage to do. Cleanliness everywhere (and every day! ) is perfect! The linen and towels are always (without any reminders) were white with a smell of purity! And all the attractions in walking distance! Very convenient. Have a rest on glory! Thank you!

Were here as visitors to the café. Not expensive and very tasty. But the waiters minus this institution. Not attentive. Disgruntled. I had to remind you of our requests several times. As a constant chewing gum and inflation bubbles Oficantkoj not blessing US appetite.

The rooms neat, moderate internet connection. The restaurant was great. You will enjoy good georgian foods with awesome view of the downtown. Highly recommended.

It is a 3 star hotel. The personell tries its best to help. Very good restaurant with marwalous view.

Lot of retro style, poor cleaning.

Not a new hotel, but liked me. Great location and gorgeous view over Tbilisi.

Magnificent views of the metekhi, good cuisine. Service is pretty lazy, in a series of us and so all is well. Wine is overrated, in general everything.
