Even though it is my fault to forget to cancel my reservation before the specified due date, I ended up having to cancel my trip to Georgia last minute and asked the hotel for free-of-charge

Very comfortable hotel and close to the main road.

We really enjoyed every moment at Hotel Winoterra. The owner is very friendly and really wants you to enjoy Tbilisi and his Hotel. The breakfast included was delicious and home made.

Our last night in Georgia and this was by far the nicest hotel stay in our 3 weeks in Grorgia and Armenia. Roman and his mother were so kind, helpful and hospitable!

Friendly atmosphere and comfortable rooms, front of house always there to help you book a taxi or assist if anything needed.

We visited this hotel as part of a tourist group. I really liked the hotel — cozy, clean and spacious rooms. You can relax on the balcony, it has a great view.

You'll be staying on the city's main street.
There are only six rooms (if I'm not mistaken), connected by a common hallway that always welcomes you with the cool air of the air conditioning.

Giorgi was incredibly helpful. We lost our way and they helped us with everything. Incredibly sweet people. They are always smiling and helpful in every way. Thank you very much for your help.

It's close to historical places, metro station. Kind staff. Clean room. I read the others reviews, my room is upstairs, I didn't feel any noise. It's calm. Breakfast is normal.

Staff was wonderful. They were really helpful. Breakfast was superb, fresh. Rooms were neat and clean. Bring your slipper. Toiletries, and some snacks in your bag. Hotel is near to main area.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights. Small, cozy hotel. Polite owner, always ready to answer all questions and help with any problem.

The hotel is located near the metro station and the Avlabari bus stop. You need to walk literally 8-10 minutes up the hill. The number of rooms is small.

I really liked the hospitality of the hostess Iya. Clean and comfortable room. All amenities in the room. Plumbing and furniture are completely new. The bed linen is the whitest.

We had the most positive experience, we honestly couldn't have asked for a better stay! Our room was gorgeous and super comfy with a beautiful view of Tbilisi, especially at night.

The property is designed like a hotel + studio apartment, and the kitchen setup was perfect—especially for vegetarians like us who prefer to cook some meals ourselves.

We had an amazing stay! The room was very nice and clean and the host was extremely nice — he helped us with everything that we needed and was very attentive.

The landlord is very nice and invited us to eat her dessert on New Year's Day.
The room on the second floor needs to climb two stairs, so it will be a bit inconvenient to take the suitcase.

It's clean, cozy and homely. The couple running the stay are very helpful. The place is close to the freedom square and hence most places are walkable. Amazing.

Excellent hotel: everything is clean, comfortable. There is a hairdryer. For those who forgot their toothbrush and toothpaste, there are disposable ones. Very kind people work here.

Fantastic hotel! The rooms aren’t huge, but they’re very comfortable, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The bed and linens were top-notch, and I slept wonderfully.

Hotel with an exceptional view of Tbilisi. 2 balconies, clean and spacious rooms. Breakfasts are very filling, Wi-Fi is excellent, there is a TV, air conditioning, refrigerator.

I recommend. I really liked the hotel. In the very center. There is free parking. Breakfasts are very good. We rented a room on the top floor. Large, spacious with a view of two streets.
