Very nice hotel. We where really late at night and haven't had anything to eat. The receptionist nana and the legend rasmika helped us with a table in a really nice restaurant across the street.

Located in the heart of the pedestrian area of Old Tbilisi, this hotel has a wonderful atmosphere.

It was really unique experienced to stay there for me and my father. All staff was really nice, helpfull and cherrfull. If there is anything they can do, they don't hesitate to help.

The hotel is amazing, offering a very unique experience. The reception staff are delightful and consistently cheerful. My only suggestion would be for the breakfast staff to perhaps smile a bit more.

The stays goes well although the room service is poor and the stairs is tiring everyday, but the location is great.
Even I rate the hotel 3stars.

We booked through Agoda but couldn’t complete the review, and since we had such a great stay at Wine Story Hotel, we really wanted to share our experience.

We had a great experience. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely kind, friendly, and welcoming. We really enjoyed chatting with them — they made the atmosphere feel warm and sincere.

Pro: the staff is wonderful, very welcoming and the girls from the breakfast are nice too.

I judge price and quality based on these criteria. The staff is mediocre, we didn’t see any kind of cordiality and emotion that we were happy to see us here. The rest is fine.

I had a fantastic experience at Graf Hotel Tbilisi.

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel is in a perfect location — everything is close by, including restaurants, shops, and the main attractions in Tbilisi.

The owner of the hotel with a good sense of humor easily discussed all the issues of interest. The room is clean, tidy, somewhat shabby, but not critical.

Friendly and warm environment, stayed for 5 days and never face an issue at all. All the basic things you need is available. I would recommend this place definitely.

Immediately upon arrival at the hotel, you feel at home. Karina, the hostess, from the first minute, realizes all the responsibility and creates comfort, starting with breakfast and transport.

Location is amazing, its in the middle of the city and close to everywhere. Rooms are a lil small but it was enough actually. Breakfast was good.

It’s very central and the room is comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful — little English spoken. The walls are thin (or zero soundproof) so we could hear people talking near the front desk.

This is a beautiful hotel in a good location (not too central, but within walking distance from the city centre).

We stayed here twice during our trip — three nights at the beginning (Deluxe Family Room) and one night at the end (Regular Family Room).

The rooms are very stylish, clean and modern. The staff is very helpful and nice, always ready to assist you in everything. Breakfast was always fresh and the lady who prepares it is very polite.

Very lovely boutique hotel close to the old city. Good breakfast, nice service. The only minus is that our room windows point to an old backyard. No view at all.

I had a great stay at the hotel! 😊 The staff at reception and in the restaurant were super friendly. The rooms were comfy, though the location was just okay.

The reception team welcomed us so warmly upon arrival. When we entered our room, Khatia had prepared such beautiful surprises for my husband’s birthday and our wedding anniversary.

We stayed in a standard twin room for two nights. He hotel is very clean and cosy. The staff is friendly and helpful, particularly the two young ladies at the reception and special thanks to them.

We had a wonderful 10 nights stay at Griffin Hotel. The staffs, Tamari, Katerina, and team were all so helpful, friendly and kind. Towels, bed, pillows and bedlinens were of good quality.

I really enjoyed the location, the kind service and the spacious room. The breakfast is another highlight, and the staff go the extra mile to be helpful. I can’t recommend enough!

All the other positive reviews are justified. The room had a very modern, cozy feel and looked much better in person than in the photos.
