Very good guest house, owners are very kind and helpful! Location is not the best but I don’t regret staying there.

Very good guest house I stayed during all my time in Tbilisi. The host is very hospitable and elegant, allowed to enjoy our stay throughout the whole time.

The host and his assistant are friendly and attentive. It's clean, and there's a coffee machine and tea in the common area. It's a very pleasant place.
Close to Old Tbilisi.

City center. Peaceful environment. Georgian hospitality. There are all kinds of amenities to make the guest feel comfortable.

The hosts were very welcoming. I arrived well before the agreed-upon time, and they didn't charge me any extra. The room was clean and had a wonderful view.

Convenient location, lowest price in the area, friendly hosts, shampoo, hand soap, kitchen…
No internet in the room itself, but that wasn't a big issue; everything worked fine on the ground floor.

The room is good for its price. The owner is very polite man and always asks, although speaking in English is an issue, as with most in Georgia.

The property is located in a calm area outside of the city centre. Nevertheless, there is a metro stat and ion nearby as well as many shops.

Nice quiet area. It's about 15 minutes to Rustaveli Avenue, 20 minutes to the funicular. If you walk, the road goes uphill.

A very cozy, clean little hotel in the heart of the Old Town. All the sights and entertainment are within walking distance. The hostess is very pleasant and attentive.

It’s difficult to find a reception, but the apartment hotel is at the highest level, life hack: it’s easier to take the elevator to the 5th floor and go down than to the 4th floor and go up)

Excellent hotel! Cozy and clean rooms, nice and kind owner who makes concessions and allowed to wash clothes for a long stay. The price-quality ratio is great.

We stayed here for 1 night because the other lodging that we had booked fell through. This is a very nice hotel. It looked like it was a converted flat, but the remodel was done first class.

Good enough. But noisy, windows not good quality as should be.
