I had a pleasant stay at the Hamilton Sandman hotel. Clean room and clean throughout the building including the gym.

Have been coming to this location for the third time and the service has always been exceptional. Was assisted by Sial as the initial front desk worker forgot to provide us our platinum tier coupon.

The location was excellent for my needs — close to the Victoria Hospital and to the senior's residence where my mother was staying.

Rooms are clean, comfy beds, free breakfast is decent with hot and cold items, hotel lobby and hallways recently renovated staff was friendllyz walking distance to Victoria Hospital.

Nice hotel in an excellent, central location in Peterborough clise to everything. The complimentary breakfast is great, with excellent staff that service the area promptly.

Mable is great. She is great because she a turn a frown into a smile. She can make simple cards into magic key cards that unlock doors.

This is a gorgeous place, run by a lovely older couple. The place is a piece of art both inside and out. The views are amazing, especially when the leaves have changed in the fall.

A must go! I love it so much, I’ve been there 4 times that’s how much I love going to that place. It’s not just a vacation place.

Great hotel. Stayed in a one bedroom king suite. Bathroom was great with jetted tub and large walk in shower. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel overall is well maintained.

The hotel itself was pretty standard. The breakfast had the largest selection out of our 3 other Holiday Inns on our roadtrip. Our room was clean and the staff was friendly.

We had a wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn Oakville. From the moment we arrived, the service and hospitality were outstanding.

The service staff here went out of their way to make us happy, they have a sheet in the rooms that says that if customer satisfaction is below 9/10 then they feel like they failed.

We were able to secure an accessability room that was amazing. King size bed, large bathroom, free breakfast, etc.

Stayed in a suite—room was clean, comfortable, and nicely set up, which we appreciated.
Our room was at the back of the hotel, and the highway noise was noticeable, especially at night.

Stayed here recently and had a great experience overall. The price was very reasonable for what you get, and it honestly looks better than a lot of higher-end hotels I’ve seen.

The location by the water with a view of the water was beautiful. A huge yard with a fire pit and gazibo. I felt so homey.

The Johnstown Hotel saved my skin. We had been driving all day and everywhere we called was either booked or overpriced. We had a room on the lake side.

This is a great budget friendly hotel. It is also pet friendly which is a plus for travelling. My wife and I stayed 3 nights and it was a very clean room. Modern with a great view of the canal.

First time at this place, we had a room with a very nice view on the lake! The room was small and clean had a mini fridge, microwave, iron, hairdryer, soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner!

The restaurant was quite overpriced. I liked the room, but honestly I dont think it is worth ~400 CAD without breakfast (May, 2026) per night.

A very pleasant hotel set in nice grounds but not too far from Kingston centre. Good-sized rooms and en suite. The breakfast was good too.

Excellent play to stay when travelling on a budget in in London, Ontario. Clean rooms, quiet peaceful sleep, comfortable beds, friendly helpful staff. Excellent location. Lots of parking.

We recently stayed at Ramada by Wyndham London for one night and had a pleasant overall experience.
The check-in process was very smooth and convenient since I completed it online ahead of time.

Beautiful Hotel. Rooms modern and clean. Plenty of dining choices. Casino was well designed and staffed. Patrons were civil and enjoying their experience. Entertainment was just ok.

Always have fun coming here. Playing poker most times when we go in, the dealer's and supervisors are great. The newer dealers as to be expected are nervous, but they have come a long ways.

Positive: The cleanliness, the quiet, the friendliness of all staff, the willingness of Mgmt to listen to, discuss, and to accommodate personal requests!

We had a great time here. Our room was very nice and clean. The spa was incredibly relaxing, and the entire staff very helpful and kind.

Within the 1st minute of being there, we felt welcome. The lobby itself had good character and lots of warmth.

I have to say the staff is outstanding. Every person goes out of their way to help.

Overall, the hotel is great and feels like home consequent on the friendly members of staff.
