If it was possible to give more stars, we would! Spent three nights here after car problems interrupted our journey. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant is very good.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn in downtown Ottawa, conveniently located near Parliament Hill, and had an excellent experience.

First time staying at the Chateau. Reserved a king room in the 'gold' section (4th floor). Nice room. Small-ish bathroom, but nice just the same. Comfortable bed. Big tv. Rooms are quiet.

The hotel just opened in 2025 and has the most spacious rooms among all hotels I have been to. It is a 5-minute walk from the Rideau light rail station and Downtown Ottawa’s Byward Market.

I had a good stay at AC Hotel by Marriott. Check-in was fast even though I arrived around 7 PM. The room is spacious, clean, and the bed is very comfortable.

Excellent motel for families coming in to town for the Stratford festival. Fresh and well maintained. Everything you need without the unnecessary extras.

Positive: Staff was very nice, friendly. The room was exceptionally clean, the towels seemed new. Negative: The pillows need to be replaced and the mattress was too firm.

I was at the C hotel by Carmens on April 23 for a bridal shower for my niece. We were in the rooftop and in true Carmens fashion they hit the. Occasion out of the park. The food was excellent.

I was visiting a girlfriend at the hotel as her daughter was competing at a skating tournament at the slush puppy Arena. We went down for lunch and Kamal seated us as it had just opened for lunch.

From the beginning when we arrived, everything was smooth our reservation was perfect. Had a wonderful room. The front desk was very helpful.

Mosaic Boutique Suites in Blue Mountain was a bit of a mixed experience for us. We arrived just after 4 pm for check in and ended up waiting about 30 minutes just to be acknowledged at the front desk.

We have been coming to Blue for 15 yrs and this is the first time our family has stayed at the Mosaic Resort and we will absolutely be back!

Super nice place to stay. We told them the reason for our stay and they offered the compassion rate. Very considerate. Great continental breakfast and amazing supper restaurant. Highly recommend.

This is our go to hotel in the St Jacobs/Waterloo area It's clean, the rooms are big. The breakfast is great for a hotel breakfast Staff are friendly and efficient.

Amazing experience with Chef Thomas, everything was delicious! Our server Lori was very friendly and had speedy service when it came to taking care of our table.

We came in a large group of 10, couldn't book a reservation due to the busy snowmobile season, which wasn't a problem, they got us all in right away.

Fantastic location and a fantastic hotel. We generall stay at Holiday Inn Express locations but we found this Best Western Plus just as good if not better in some aspects.

My husband and I both enjoyed our wonderful stay at this amazing inn. We stayed at the Mill House and it was very cozy. The Mill House overlooked the Maitland River, such gorgeous sunsets too.

We loved our stay at the Benmiller Inn. We gad a beautiful room overlooking the river. We used the pool and the hot tub.

I had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Aziz was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make us comfortable with a quiet room, extra pillows, pool towels, and a late check-out.

Very nice room. Great daily housekeeping. Only complaint I have is our room was by the service elevator. It was very noisy early in the morning as the staff was preparing their cleaning carts.

I was complimentary upgraded to a room as a Gold Elite Bonvoy member, which was a wonderful start to my stay. The property is great, and the room was spacious and comfortable.

We stayed here this past weekend for a hockey tournament and we had a fantastic stay.

Overall 4.5 star. Bring your pillows they are not that comfy and the beds you can feel the spring's. I also found some hair in the shower on the first night.

I could not have asked for a better location for our needs. I felt safe being right beside a police station, which was very reassuring.

This is a decent Holiday Inn property with good-sized rooms. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and there is ample parking at the property.
