Rooms were clean, staff were friendly. They provided vouchers for a local gym next door which was excellent. The breakfast was ok.

Clean, well furnished, good breakfast, but desk personnel should have smile training.

Nice places r. New and well kept. Pool and hot tub.

Clean. Beautiful. The hot tub is fantastic.

The typical Super 8. Clean simple rooms. Rest of the facility is spartan and a bit dated. Typical.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are updated and clean. Pool and continental breakfast are decent. Walking distance to Boston Pizza, McDonald's and A&W. Free passes to full service gym right next door with stay.

Nice and clean and comfy bed. Fast internet. They even throw matrix shampoo and conditioner hah! :D.

Pretty standard hotel, but there was an empty cup in the fridge dated July 21st… in late September.

Good service, clean rooms but I found my bed very uncomfortable. Woke up multiple times in the night. Hot tub was nice.

Not happy that they use only Feather pillows with no other option. I always bring my main pillow with me but never had the situation where I had to go buy a couple pillows because the hotel only has the one option. In today's world with all the allergies out there why would you have Feathers and not have another option. I'm not positive because I couldn't find an actual tag but the blankets felt like wool. So I didn't use their pillows and blankets but they were still in the room and had been on the bed so sleeping was not easy, restful or enjoyable. The employees were very friendly and tried to help me but there was no alternative. If it wasn't for them I would have given a 1.

Clean quiet spacious room and bathroom. Continental breakfast is ok (fruit, cereal, muffins, waffles, hard boiled eggs, bread) liked the variety of teas offered. Good.

Very nice rooms extremely close to several food locations including Boston Pizza, McDonald's and the Fort Frances High School. 3 minutes from downtown and the US border. Friendly staff and a nice pool with hot tub (lots of chlorine but perfect temperatures)

Very pleasant experience. The room was very clean and nice, the staff was friendly and helpful (I managed to lock myself out of my room which they happily helped with), and the gym/pool was a great addition. Their pet policy was very helpful, and the staff was very friendly to my dog. Great experience overall.

Very nice place glad they had vacancy. The check in clerk was not as friendly as other places I've stayed at. It seems like I was interrupting her. The following morning I went to the front desk to buy some pills for my headache. The gentleman at the front desk went to get some and said no charge. Was very pleased with his service. I will definitely stay there again next time I'm in Fort Francis.

Room was a little less than clean. Bed was decent but the pillows were flat and lifeless. Shower got hot but could have stood to be a little warmer and the pressure was lacking. Not too many choices in the area, so not sure if you could do better.

Internet only worked in the lobby, and even then, very questionabley. Front desk did say they are in need of an upgrade but this is 2016, you should be on that.

Hotel is great, staff are nice, but hotel still has smoking rooms… Kinda stinks.

It was good nice place to stay, there was some sand in the bed though.

The motel was clean and quiet staff was very friendly and helpful The complenty breakfast was excellent The bathroom was well stocked with the right suply of towels and grommin items to start your day off right. The bed was very comfortable with colorful spread that added to the decor or the room. The heating system was very cozy. Plenty of channel's on the TV. The only draw back was (1) whould be nice that a plastic cover to go on the heating vent so that air flow dose not blow behind the drapley (appearing window is open) (2) WI FI needs a new system, the speed is slow, to where it cuts out Why? The best of all it is nice too finally see the managment do a Remodeling of the 3 rd floor by removing the SMOKING ROOMS replacing them with no smoking ones. Good for you. Super 8 You have my vote (x) vote =is all for it… Finally A Complete smoke Free Premises This is a heath risk as well as fire hazerd. Better for your insurance I will stay agin knowing that smell of smoke will have checked out Its final road trip Thank you for the nice weekend Good luck on your renovation in the Spring 2016 e.
