Service was really good. The host was very quick to respond and help where needed. Place might be little cold but worth the price you pay compared to other places during the peak time.

This place is very accesible from gasoline station and groceries. Along highway. Scenic view. Cozy and clean.

The workers there at at fort disk are really nice and so helpful Jennifer and ban they are bast people ever meet.

The rooms were quite nice and very clean. I just needed a place to sleep for the night and this worked perfect very happy.

Awesome location with a great pool right in the middle and a really nice ambiance. It’s walking distance to the town centre, which is super convenient.

We had originally booked another resort in Banff, but after reading reviews we cancelled and made a relatively last minute change to here via VRBO.
We are so very glad we did.

For a 2-star budget property, it's well maintained. Staff dealt with requests and key card issues. Breakfast was decent enough to start your day.

A great place to spend a night. Prices were reasonable, and the beds were very comfortable! I had a fantastic sleep. The owner is very friendly and kind.

Nice rooms, clean, quiet, and friendly. A short drive off the yellowhead, and you get to see the biggest Easter egg in the world.

Room was clean and quite. Shower water pressure was good. Breakfast disappointed me. It needs improvement. Staff was friendly and location is good. Next time I will like to stay here.

We stayed during the "Dark at fort edmonton park". And honestly it was 100% worth it. The hotel is definitely dated, but the bed was super comfortable and the staff were great.

The only reason it's not a better review for the service was the truly pathetic, continental breakfast. It was advertised "freshly baked muffins and pastries". They weren't.

I had a fantastic stay at the 22 Hotel. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the room was immaculate and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

For the price and location this is a great place to rest your head. I think by definition it's a motel as the rooms are accessed from outside where as a hotel the room doors would be in a building.

I called at the front desk if they guys are hiring and the man is who picked up the call was very rude and said I don’t know. Don’t call this number. That was very bad customer service.

Building looks old but has good condition and cleaned. Their's restaurant serve very delicious and fresh Japanese cuisine. I love it.

WOW… what an absolute delight to have, at the last minute, ended up here after having to leave a previously booked accomodation that turned out dreadfully… so after 14hrs on the road and now 8:15pm

There was a little bit of a mix up with some payments, but the evening hotel staff got everything fixed up as soon as she knew about it. She has been great to deal with.

The restaurant and the lounge has great atmosphere, great chef and the food and service they provide is exceptional. Filipino dishes are not your ordinary plated dishes.

This was a great spot for a month-long stay, while our home was under renovation.

Meets and exceeds expectations as per value paid. I've stayed in hotels in the immediate vicinity and it's pretty close in room expectations and manages to be a lower p/n rate.

We stayed for three nights at the Beach Front and based on recently read reviews we weren't sure what to expect. However I'm happy to say we were pleasantly surprised.

We had a blast here with family, location is what you come for. No matter how much updating they do some patrons will have different backgrounds.

Rooms are good and service is fine, location is amazing. Homeless people often pass by and it’s fun to degrade them as they pass.

Stayed for a week during hunting season 2025. Kitchenette was fully stocked, spotless. Was minus 38 room was cozy warm. Convenient plug ins for vehicle. Housekeeping daily was exceptional.

Surprisingly for an older motel, it was warm, the beds comfy, and large rooms. Allowed dogs. Staff friendly.
